i got 3 calls from the # no message was left and i called back and got nothing,... who the helll is this and what do they want

When dealing with calls from company's such as this. You must say, " Put me on your do not call like." You have to say those words. When you do. They must put you on their DNC list. They can be fined and more if they call you again.

To ensure that you do not get these crazy calls, When signing up for any new accounts online. Check your setting/profile to ensure you deselect "receive information from other company's via email and phone.

This will stop them one at a time. It will also stop calls from coming in from these companies in the future.

this number keeps calling me and  i want it to stop!

They've been calling me for weeks now.  I finally answered today, and immediately asked to be taken off the list with out even hearing what the guy had to say. He said okay and I hung up. Hopefully this helps. I'll report them if they try to call again.

Pointly Education re: continuing education. If you did a sweepstakes entry or similar entry they may have signed you up.  Call 800-269-0281 and unsubscribe.   (Even if you did not subscribe intentionally or they subscribed you, you have to do this). ;)

Got this call they said my name they did not tell me who they were so I hung up on them. I'm on the "Do Not Call List" also.

These calls come almost every other day, and they also call our daughters line.  I think something needs to be done to stop these calls.

If you continue to get unwanted calls after registering with the do not call list, you can report it by calling the same number your registered DNC with.  They will want the phone number, date and time of the call.

they have been calling me all day... at least 5 times.  I didnt answer and they didnt leave a voicemail.

I have been getting all sorts of calls lately and they just hang up. This number called me today but left no voicemail. I don't want to call it back because I don't know who they are.

They called my cell phone and I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. Yeah!!

I will log them in my contacts and will never answer their calls! LOL
Reporting them on the Do Not Call List is useless bc they still somehow keep getting to call people  :(

A call blocker will help get er done.

The DNC list applies to all businesses.  It has rules that dictates whether or not a business can call or not. Some honor it and will not call and others completely ignore it.  There is nothing mechanical to block anyone from calling you.  It is simply a list to help the legitimate businesses to comply with your wishes not to be called and to offer a degree of immunity.

Received a call from this number today.

They called @ 6:14 PM ET & caller id showed 'school'.  It rang three (3) times & did not leave a msg.  No clue to who this is calling.

they called and asked for my grandmother, so i called back and it rang once and then it said "Please wait for the next availible agent." I was wating for 3 hours.
