PMI is a telemarketing company that does the upsells for companies that sell programs (usually on how to get rich) via the internet and/or TV infomercials. I bought Anthony Morrison's course on CPA marketing and PMI has been calling me no less than 6 times a day ever since.

rude, rude; calls repeatedly; 30 seconds apart; info session on computer and we're now stalked.  How do you report something like this formally, and make phone harassment charges?
