We keep receiving calls from this number...no one on the line and no message left on the voice mail...what can we do to get this to stop???

My phone rings several times a day, then they hang up!

I only get these calls when I am online, but I have a call manager that
allows me to ignore them while it identifies them. When I am not online
I have a Telezapper which intercepts any computer generated call and
it causes the line to drop, although it takes one ring for the unit to work.
I recommend that if you dont want computer generated calls get a
Tele-Zapper, it is very inexpensive and simple to connect and does not
in any way cause a problem with your phone or computer services.

Never had this problem before - until I switched my wireless service provider to T-Mobile a week ago.  Just curious if we are all under the same provider?

I get these call two times every day, I don't have any related business with this company,I try to call back but no answer. they still bother me every night and every early morning I have registered with the do not call, it seems that it cannot block their call.

let my answering machine take call because I didn't recognized the number. No message  left. Then left message here.

This place calls and says nothing.  They are a real pain.  It's a shame they have no life at 801-623-4621

This number keeps calling me and it is really annoying and i would really appreciate if they would stop calling!

I got this call, asking for someone who doesn't live here.  When told this she asked for anyone over 18 years to take a survey.  The voice seemed computer generated and I suspect it is just that - a voice driven computer program -  NOT A HUMAN.  I hung up, very much disgusted.  I am on the do not call list and this is the second call from this number in 2 days.

This is Western Wats hired by Target Consulting who is using a voter list they received from the Republican National Committee to do surveys -- push polling?  I received a call from them today in NH - they identified themselves as "Target Consulting."   *69 identified the calling number as 801-623-4621 but calling that number only leads to a Western Wats machine msg.   I then called the  703-545-8505 number above supplied by Bruce and was told that Target Consulting is working with Western Wats using phone numbers obtained from a registered voter list supplied by the republican national committee and are doing surveys.   I was also told that if asked the marketers must say they have received their support from the republican party.   If you call the 801-623-4621 number you cannot reach a live person but I was told they would rectify that situation as that is a requirement for telemarketers.   I am on the Do Not Call List.  I have never done business with this company. I was told that since they received the telephone list from the Republican National Committee they do not have to abide by the Do Not Call List.
 listen to their calls carefully and report any push polling or violations of the Do Not Call list.

Jack*** called after 9:00 p.m. What kind of business does that? Would not have even answered the call if I had had my glasses on at the time and was not scared it might have been my elderly mother calling.

Caller was rude and there was much static on the line.

Why can't something be done to people who make these calls?

They called several times. I answer the phone like normal and no one says anything back until you say hello several times.

Just got a call from this number and, of course, there was no reply on the other end.  I bought a fancy Panasonic wireless phone system and it has a feature to block calls.  Took no more than 20 seconds to add 801-623-4621.

I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING

I just got a new cell phone 8 days ago, and yesterday I got two calls from 801-623-4621 which I wasn't around to answer, and they didn't leave a message.  Today I got a call from 801-623-4631, I wasn't around and they didn't leave a message either.  I guess now I know I shouldn't bother answering these calls.

We receive nightly calls from this number.  When we answer nobody speaks and the line goes dead.  When we let the machine pick up the line goes dead.  Very annoying.  We've been on the Do Not Call List since day one.

Don't know who it is. Not gonna answer. Thx for the heads up y'all!

i attended the call and the voice was not clear except the word survey.
stupid people wasting my time.

Received a call from this number and didn't leave a message. I emailed them at  contact@westernwats.com and demanded them to remove me from their calling list. They are a research firm that collects Data.

make it stop somebody!!!

I've been out of the country for 3 years, just returned, & these people keep calling my new cellphone. Only people I've done business with is my new service provider. Irritating.

This number has called dozens of time. When we blocked it, they started calling from -4631 instead.

two missed calls 8.22 and 8.26 pm PST yesterday and today. new phone (t mobile) but the other phones we got dont get called. Maybe reused numbers ? but  t-mobile has been writen up on this site earlier. Could be funny if I do answer with my British accent cuz if they are using a Indian call center via internet/data line they will have been trained/hired for the american accent.

This number called my phone twice today and the second time I stayed on the line to see if someone would answer they had the account holders name of my cell phone account. I told them not to call 9pm on a Sunday is a little ridiculous.

THis number called my home phone asking for me. They left a message but i couldnt understand it. They called for me and I am only 16.

Have gotten two calls from this number: 801-623-4621 & 801-623-4631.  Both leave messages on my phone saying they are looking for the man of the house.  then they hang up.  I live alone and am female.  ANNOYING.  I'm going to call the opt out number.  Thanks "Ohio resident - 21 Oct 2007"
