Asked for me by name. When I said "speaking," they hung up.

This was a telemarketer.  Company is IMS: 801-676-8758

Man named "PATRICK" just called and asked for husband.  I told him DO NOT CALL US.  He said "is this "XXXXXX" residence?" and I said YES.  I said if you don't stop calling us WE WILL SUE YOU.  WE ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

Call weekly, we are on the do not call list.  I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.  They never leave a message.

I never answer 800 numbers or ones I don't know, so I didn't answer.  They actually left a message -- sort of.  Nothing but a lot of background noise and talking that was not in English.  No one actually said anything specifically into the phone on my voicemail.

The called and it sounded like she said federal bureau.  But she was rude and hung up on me when I told her she needs to talk to me first before she talks to the owner.  Then I called back and it was just a recording.  801-676-8758

This number has called my cell phone on 11/30/09, 12/3/09, and 12/7/09. Can't understand what they are saying except that I have been randomly selected and they aren't selling me anything. I listened the first time they called and politely declined what they were telling me. The person even after I declined was very persistent so I got ruder. They eventually hung up on me. The second time they called this was a lady and I told her that they had called 4 days prior and that I would not confirm my information with them and to not call me back. Again she went on about not selling anything. Told them that I didn't care whether or not they were selling something to please remove my phone number from their list. She told me that they would call me back when I was more agreeable and hung up. Same number called again on 12/7/09. I was away from my phone and didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

Calls come in the evening 5 times are day and then call disconnects and no one speaks once i say hello. This is annoying now.

I ignore all calls from the 801 area code because they are usually car warranty scams or credit card scams. The caller did not leave a message.

Called at 3:28 EST, to my workplace, I picked up after two rings, and when I answered, nothing.  Then they hung up.

I received a call today from 801-676-8758. Caller ID said IMS. A woman with a definite Chinese accent asked to speak to the "owner of this number." She kept saying that she needed to speak to the owner of our phone number or the manager. Very strange. Have received many previous hang up calls from IMS.

Keep calling, phone rings 4 times and they hang up.  Do not leave a message

Yeah got a call from a woman with an accent who told me her name was Sam Lewis from Federal Financial Group and that we had been chosen for a 3 day all-expenses paid vacation but before we could receive it she had to speak to my manager. I told her I was the manager and asked for her information again, she repeated it so I could write it down and then I asked her for her phone number. She asked why and I told her so I could record all her information for verification. She promptly hung up on me.

just called my cell phone again, I didn't answer and called on a hard line. they have a promotional message for IMS Federal Financial Group. They ask for a call back number to set up an appointment. I left a long star-* and pound-# tone and hung up.

Same number listed above.  The point is, how do we stop these calls.  When and where can we get help?  14 names listed above received the same call.  How do we stop this insanity?

I received a call from 801-676-8758  and noticed on my caller ID that it had a Chinese looking symbol, so I immediately kept pressing the pound key - I was told this would interrupt any further calls coming??  This is obviously a spam of some kind

Just called my cell. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a msg. If there's a next time I'll try that Chevy thing.

Yes, they called my business line, and then just hung up on me.

They call me at least once a week! It's crazy! And when I answer, the call immediately ends. What are they doing?

Called but left no voice mail.

They called my work number.  It did show up on caller ID as IMS.  They hung up on me.  How rude!  LOL!

They also told me that my number was randomly selected to call and offer a free Ford giveaway.  I interrupted the lady from speaking and said, "wait a minute, a Ford...A FORD!!! I hate Ford.  Is there anyway to change it to a Chevy instead?  Then I'll do it."  She paused for a few seconds confused and shocked.  I was trying so hard not to laugh out loud.  She said "Ummmm what do you mean?  It's a Ford and I need to know if you are interest...."  Then I interrupted her again and said "I already told you that I don't like Ford!  I want a Chevy!!! Don't you understand...what's wrong with you!!!" Then I hung up....she's probably still scratching her head....ha ha

When I picked up it hung up on me
