I called in on an infomertial about speed reading software but found the terms were initially hidden and significantly more expensive when the telemarketer was speeling along - so I pushed the button to hang up.  A few days later the calls from this number started and when the caller got on to talk, he asked to speak to whoever called EyeQ a few days ago - I disconnected in the same way again so he would know it was me.

I don't answer these calls, but caller ID shows the call deom Salt Lake City.  They never leave a message.

For this call and all these unwanted calls – I put them in my address book but I set the ring tone to MUTE. I don’t have to wonder why that number looks familiar or if its a valid call. ‘Cause they are not going to stop calling when they have that auto dial and it’ll just drive you up the wall. I tried to do that Do Not Call on all the office cell phones but was told if it is a business phone cell or land line you can’t when its Business to Business. This number is Spam25, 1-19 have stopped calling ---- for now.

They keep calling my cell phone.  I call back and it is a rapid busy signal.  I don't answer unless I recognize the #. If it's important, they will leave a message.

Get calls from this number and don't know what I did to get them on me. I am registered with the national "No CAll List" I guess it doesn't work

Yes, I too called EyeQ for their "free" offer only to learn that it was not free; they requested money for shipping and handling.  They do have a web site.....perhaps they can be called from number on the site????????

I called after seeing the EyeQ commercial on TV. As soon as the guy picked up, I hung up. I have been getting calls from this number about 5x a day. I get them at school, at work, at church, everywhere. I dont really care b/c i can always just ignore them, but they need to learn that sometimes people just may not want their products.

Still getting calls, even at 11 at night. Called their corporate office, and the guy said he would get the number off the list

Last month, I had my cell phone service erase the personal, voicemail message I created, that people would hear when calling my cell.

It was replaced by the generic, "robot voice", that identifies only my area code and phone number, and to leave a message after the tone.

My reason for this was the old saying, "Turnabout is fair play", i.e., I figured if certain telemarketers, and crank callers, aren't going to identifiy themselves when they call my cell, then I'll return the favor and not identify myself to them.

This is in fact the EyeQ telemarketer office in the Salt Lake City Utah area.  I know this because for a short time I was employed with them while in college 2 years ago.  This is a very shady operation and the employees are drilled how to go for the kill and push the small shipping fee with all the guarantees.  It is a total scam.  They try and tack on other exclusive items we suggest to the callers that is guaranteed to improve their reading abilities as well as comprehension.  You have the opportunity to send everything back but are still charged the high shipping cost so the caller is still out cash.  Stay away from this number.

Thanks, Art and Mike -- I called EyeQ in response to their infomercial about increasing reading speed and comprehension a couple of weeks ago.  Received a call this evening (11/15), and when the caller was advised that I was not available, and was asked who was calling, he responded with "your worst nightmare" and hung up.  Real class act!

I notice this is one of the only advertiser calls I get on my cell phone.  How do these scam artists get our phone numbers?

Somehow they got my boyfriends phone number and call and ask for me all the time and harrass him... I do not know how they got the number nor why they are calling for me but how do I get them to stop??

Its rather annoying !!! and causing problems between my boyfriend and I... He thinks its another man calling for me!! GRRR...

I was riding in the car with my husband and we heard the infomercial, and I always forget alot of stuff so him just being sarcastic told me to call.  So I did but I hung up as soon as some one answered the phone.  Ever since than they wont stop calling they call at all hours of the night how do you make them stop?!?!?!

I just got a call from this number.  I did call the EyeQ number for a demo a few weeks back.  I never call for products I hear promoted by radio like that, but really found the product interesting and thought I had seen ads about major school districts using the product, so really wanted to give it a try.  I'm now sorry I did!

so I called the original number and asked to be taken off the list. They gave me a customer service # which is 800-956-0576 and they said they will take me off the list so we'll see what happens!!

I called last week for the EyeQ information.  Since then they call at least 5-6 times a day.  I don't answer my phone unless it is a number that I know and since I don't know anyone in Utah I never answer.  They never leave a message but they call constantly.  The next time they call, I will answer and tell them they have the wrong number.  LOL

I found a contact in corporate on another blog where ppl were having the same problem.  After they spoke with him the calls stopped.  I just called and left a voicemail.  It better work.  This is so absurd.......

Assuming this is from EyeQ.  On the infomercial it said $14.95 but when you call you quickly learn that that is just for the trial.  if you want to keep the speed reading software it'll cost you 3 intsallments of $83.  told them I wasn't interested and got a call back a couple days later offering it for $99.  told them I still wasn't interested and still getting calls 3-6 times per day while I'm sleeping (3rd shift)  no messages left and can't call back

Ok, I got my first call today. I called a speed reading thing a few days ago and I never finished the call. Once I heard the price, I hung up. Now, I am getting these blind calls. WOW

You stupid Quest Corporation (EyeQ's parent company), why the f*** don't you do something about this! Don't you see all these fuckn complaints! Stop Advertising your s*** on the radio! Or stop harassing the people that are not interested in your B***S*** anymore!
