Caller ID says "Vietlity." Called 6 times over 3 days. Each time, rep said I'd applied online for insurance. Each time, I asked to have calls stopped. I didn't apply for their insurance.

Block messages from that number.
For SPRINT, login to your MySprint account online.
Select "My Online Tools" from the menu bar.
Scroll down to the bottom and select "Block Text Messages" in the Text Messaging frame.
Select the option for "Block messages from all senders in my Block List".
Enter the number and click on Add.
Done. You will no longer receive messages originating from that number.
Note: My last text message referencing this number actually came from a mobile e-mail address (mlzbvx@t-mobile.com) which I was also able to block.

My wife and I are getting text messages on our Sprint phones saying to call this phone number from US Bank. It's obviously a scam. We don't even have accounts with that institution.
I wish there was a way to get them back and "spam" them!
Take care.
