Got a call from this guy this morning.  He's trying to sell water softners.  He seemed to fumble through the call, didn't really say what he was offering, or what company he was with.

I hope he understands that calling someone that's on the Do Not Call registry, without a previous inquiry or established business relationship is a $12,000 fine from the FTC per offense.

He asked if I had water purification system.

I hope he understands that there is a $12,000 fine from the FTC for every Do Not Call violation.  We've never opted into this person or company, and we're on the National Do Not Call registry.  It'll take alot of water softners to pay off that fine.

Said his name was Stuart, and asked if I had a Water Purification system in my home.  I said yes, he said bye.
