they are calling for information:
1.what I have on my phone(app that are able to download)
2.what I use my phone for
3.what computers I use
4.what tech products I use
5.my level on using them
6.what do I think about my privacy

they are separated into two part with one ask yes or no, and decide strongly disagree/ agree opinions

Calls everyday and does not leave message, what good is the DNC list as the lazy Idiots in D C exempt these type of calls

I can understand everyone's ire with these calls, but misinformation isn't going to help. I googled "survey sampling" and the first result came up with the company (and a Utah area code):

politely asked him to remove our number. he passed right by that request, so i got more firm.  he still didnt get the point, so i got angry.  then he said something in a snarkey tone and hung up on me.

Nobody seems to have any idea who these people are.  We certainly don't know that they're making "survey calls" and so are exempt from the DNC list.  I've gotten dozens of "survey calls" aimed at selling me a vacation, a freezer, stuff to go into that freezer, and so on.  Cut the criticism, already, and stop being so naive.  "Ticked off" probably has the right of it: It's someone trying to get your personal information.  Google says there's no such organization as "Survey Sampling," in Utah or anywhere else, so these people lie from the start.  Does anyone really think this is a good sign?

This is a survey call. They are exempt from the Do Not Call List.

Calls daily. We're on state & nat'l DNC lists. Leaves no message. I put them on auto-reject list of my caller ID device. It hangs up on them.

How "they can do" what? Here is the FTC FAQ page which the DNCR site repeatedly invited you to read before you registered your numbers. Please note that non-sales callers are exempt.
