He Called Me And Asked for One Of My Friends I Haven't Spoken To In Years
| A 2013-10-18 18:20:38 Debt Collector |
I don't normally defend these callers but Ryan Marini is an actual debt collector and Williams & Fudge is a real debt collection company. It isn't a scam. If you're receiving calls it is likely because W&F is acting on behalf of whomever it is you owe your debt to - they work with a lot of universities so if you have outstanding account balances with your college then that's probably why you're being called.
So by not answering and complaining about them on this site, you're just hurting yourself by ignoring your debts. Real debts - not fake scam debts created to get you to hand over a credit card number. I've been paying my outstanding university balance through them for like a year now - it's legitimate.

Yep, got a couple of calls from this number and saw this post. White paged the name Marini and came up with a few, but there was a Ryan in the crowd. The last name is a hyphenated last name though with the last part of the hyphenated words being Marini. I can't remember what the first part was. Doesn't leave a message on my end either.

Ryan or Brian Marini , rock hill south Carolina... He leaves no message and repeatedly calls. Does not answer call backs, goes strait to his voicemail. Doesn't leave message yet expects you to leave him messages.
