not the first call from this company. Answered but no one responded so I hung up. This is just one of a number of "Security" company calls tht we have received lately. Was on the Do Not Call list, but went back to the DNC site and refreshed our Do Not Call listing.

Rec'd a call this day, (Aug. 1, 2012), with ID of: 1st. Defense. Answered my phone and spoke, "hello" several times; nothing; silent on the other end. I hung up and sure hope they don't try again. I have reported my home and cell number to National Defense for unwanted callers and it doesn't seem to work. They get thru somehow anyways. I did this on 3 occasions. Still problems with unwanted callers.

"Michael" said he was with First Defense Security--- they would be doing an installation in our area, and they could give us a free estimate
I asked him if he knew he was in violation of the No-Call List?

So I called the number back its a telemarketer for a home security company.

Several calls without messages over this past weekend then when I answered, no reponse and a hang up.

I answered but heard nothing. After a couple of extra hellos I hung up.

Caller sounded drunk, said he was from First Defense. Told him not to call back, on no call list, and hung up on him.
