Call ID as "WCA Security Systems."  Asked for their address in Santa Barbara, they did not have one.  Caller wanted to send someone out to my house.  I would get a free security system if I put a sign in front of my house.  BS.  I am shocked why the FTC does not require telemarketers to put a valid telephone number for a caller ID when the telemarketer makes a call.  This would allow the call to be traced to the source of the call and enable pissed off people to take legal action against the marketers.  As it stands now, these jerks get away with harassing people with impunity.  It is time to correct this continuing abuse.
