I have missed calls on my cell phone from this number and when I called back the message I got was "this account is blocked".

My caller ID showed this number with the message "important/urgent," which I figured it wasn't. From above comments, it sounds like a poorly organized rip-off racket.

I got a call saying it was an agency that handles freebies after you rate an app or restaurant. They asked a bunch of stupid questions, and the same preson came back as if it was a different one. Then they asked my name and address, and when I gave it she said " Oh, Is that your name?" and hung up....

Called more than once stating they are providing customer rewards. Will not divulge which company they are with no matter how many times you ask. Politely asked them to take my number off the list. Then got hung up on.

I get this call sometimes, I just pick up and say "911 emergency, police fire or ambulance" lol mostly I just use CM Security to block the call from even ringing.
