This is a law firm (Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott) in Texas who thinks they're above the law in collecting fines over 10+ years old. They use harassment and threats of arrest and jail time to try and convince people who don't owe them a penny to pay up or risk being arrested. Don't fall for there threats they're a bunch of money hungry lawyers who go beyond the legal actions allowed by debt collectors thinking they can scare you into paying them. Once you pay them $1 this allows them to claim you owe the remaining sum they come up with for you to settle and gives them an additional 7-years to harass you at home, work anytime they choose.
