i ran into that same issue when i was asked for money pak card.. I had shelled out over 340 dollars.. The guy has middle eastern accent.. James Howard... He is the biggest scam artist.. He just keeps asking for more money. Also said my credit score was low and would have to pay 150 and 160 and 340 for verification. This is a scam.. they wanted me to pick up funds at western union.. Said it would be ready.. The number was invalid that he gave me..4198647815.... Tracking number... do not get scamed by this.

This people called and told me I was going to be arrested for check fraud. I dont have any debts like that.
People I really owe send written documents to prove the debts are mine.

Ok. Just got a call from "Steve" at GE Capital,(813)398-7549 ext420 Informing me that I was approved for a loan of. $1,500. All I had to do was, go to 7-11 or Wal mart. and get a Vanilla Reload Network voucher for $150.00 ,which is a processing fee for the FTC. When I called back to get more info, I was told to 'simply get the voucher with the amount on it,and then call him back.'When I asked for the company address,  he very quickly tried to tell me how they were exclusively an internet business.. and to "please, very quickly go and get my voucher for the processing fee so that I could receive my money in one hour and. One half. ( Obviouslya .  Middle Eastern gentleman with a VERY STRONG ACCENT. Anyway, when I searched. The name...right away.... it popped up a scam. I mean, the very first post named my man 'Steve' !!  Steer clear!!!.

Now this guy is dumb. He called me back and I played along with him again saying that I didnt get the card because I didnt have the adress for the company. He answered that the location is in Tampa.....and the state is (this is what he said) Flooreeeda. (I cant stop laughing). What!! "Flooreeda!  So I replied that "Ah you mean Florida! Yeah like flora-da!" Now he's trying to correct himself on this one. So here I am laughing at this dumb scammer and he now started to saying that this is a laateer! (Lender) I had to head smack on this, and again I had to correct him until I was getting annoyed to tell him that he's no "James Howard, you cant even pronounce a state name correctly, and cant even pronounce a decent word for an English name. You're just nohing but a stupid a*** scammer who just got screwed by his own tricks".

Just called the number today, they said that I was approved for $4000. Told me that I had to go get a Green Dot Money Pack for $160. Red Flag already. I even lied to him that most of the stores in my area are now confiscating those cards due to numerous scams and if I purchased one I had to answer numerous questions. Then he stated in hostility,"There is no scam!" So he transferred me to a manager and i stated that GE Capital bank is a credit card company, and they do not set up loans for a processing fee. So he stated that since they were under the BBB, Credit Bureau, and FTC (Ahhh-hah) that I had to make a processing fee. Then again I had to vut him off and stated that according to the FTC a processing fee is already in the loan and there is no pre-paid for it. Then he goes on about that I had up to 30 minutes, (now why is always a time limit for getting a card?) just to get to Walmart and get a card. Now he's sounded so fustrated and starting talking aggrevated that he he wants to get off the phone with me. Damn! I was having fun with these idiots.
Ah yeah, I even asked for his name and he replied as James Howard with an Middle Eastern accent. And so I muttered, "For a James Howard, you sure as hell sound like a James Howard." Now I thinking he's getting a little pissed now so I just play along with him until he hung the phone up on me.

Received a call from 813-398-9136.  Caller identified himself as being from GE Capital Bank.  He said that my loan has been approved and that I should return his called to get the money.  I done all the things ask by a guy name was STEVE identify himself loan officer and i m scam by 200$ plz help me
