Same thing, this number calls my cell and never leaves a message and does so at times people should not call, rude rude RUDE, and a pain in the neck!!! Wish they would give up and get a life!!

i have nevered answered the calls due to it not bein programed in my phon, however i have received nemerouse calls from this # up to 3 times a day and they never leave a voicemail

Lady named "Jo" keeps calling saying she's from Capio Partners (per BBB a medical bill collection agency with numerous complaints). She has called 3 times in the last 24 hours, once at 6:19 am and woke my baby. I'm assuming her parents neglected to teach her proper phone etiquette.
