I don't have cable so they are in violation?

I called the number and if you select the "more options" (2?) you can enter your number for their Do Not Call list... We shall see if it works!

Called this number back, and it's a company called Evergreen. Said I received a call from them on behalf of either my cable, phone, or internet provider?!???  pressed 2 for more options, and then 1 to be placed on their Do-Not-Call List....

These idiots have called daily for the past week. But they got a surprise today. Thanks to the capabilities of Verizon VOIP phone service, their calls are now forwarded to a collection agency via selective call forwarding.

Called me twice, left no voicemail.

Called on behalf on my cable provider Brighthouse networks. Listened to their spiel about multi room DVR's, digital phone, blah blah and when I'd like a technician to come to the house. I asked her "Is it free? If it's not free then I'm not interested." Then I asked her not to be called again and to put me on the do-not-call list, she said "Watch this" and hung up on me. Literally hung up on me. First I called the number back and got a recording referencing Evergreen similar to others above. Then I called the actual brighthouse number and told them about it and THEY put me on a do-not-call list. I am very annoyed by the unprofessional behavior of EVERGREEN. Maybe if enough of us complain to Brighthouse they will stop using EVERGREEN.

i received another call from the above phone no. this makes 3 x so far  n this 1 came in at  2:31  it hangs up b4 the answering machine can pick up. wen i did answer 1 of the calls no 1 there at all.

I CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK AND ITS EVERGREEN CABLE COMPANY AND I PRESSED OPTION 2 TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST, LETS SEE IF IT WORKS

I received a call today from this number.   Someone hung up when I answered the call.   I called back and it was a company called Evergreen.  Voice recording stating they are a cable and Internet service provider and to hold on if I want to speak to a representive.

The call is from a company called Evergreen.  They are calling on behalf of your current cable provider.  However, as others have also experienced, there is never anyone on the other end of the call.  So I don't know why they continue to annoy me if they are not going to answer the phone when THEY call ME!  You can call your cable provider and ask them to put you on their Do-not-call list.  The company is not in violation of the official Do-not-call Registry because you have a business relation with the cable company.  Your cable company WILL make the calls stop though if you ask.

I just went ahead and called the number back.  Some company called Evergreen.  Their message said something about saving money on your phone and internet, if you wanted more information leave a message.   NOT

Must be some new number...  I just got a call at 5:45pm, and no one spoke...

Same here.  They called yesterday @ 6:26 pm and today @ 5:31pm.  Reverse phone lookup just states it's a landline in Tampa.  My guess is telemarketer.

Don't know, but I just got a call from this #, too.

it is some co that provides cell service, and cable TV doing cold calls to get you to switch.
