Call every day. They don't leave a message.

You have a couple of choices.  First - if you pick up the phone you start the phone war.  This has nothing to do with do not call lists.. It is a battle of wits..  You have to understand that the person calling is even more fustrated if you do not answer the call.  If you pick up the call you are logged into the "answered call" list. The calls will keep coming and coming and coming.  If you don't pick up EVER..  The calls will eventually stop.

Another way to stop calls is to give the wrong number out to charities you donate to - they sell the phone lists.. Don't put your phone number on free drawings at local stores, and expecially don't put your correct number on political donations or and internet websites.

Last thing - buy the Brighthouse Phone service - unlimited any where in all 50 states.. $29,95 a month - (plus the goverments 28% in taxes) and you also get a new service.. Unlimited call blocking.. You can block 100's of numbers and it tells the caller "The number you dialed does not accept calls from this number and it hangs up...  (No I don't work for Brighthouse)   This is worth the $29.95 a month any day and it eliminates all of your BS calls in about a month.

I googled this number and this page came up.   All I saw for the most part was a WORTHLESS series of comments that were totally stupid.  Who cares that 'you got the call and did not answer it'?  Who cares that 'they hung up when you answered'?   Most are trying to identify the caller.   Out of twenty calls, only 2 were worth reading.   Thank you Ciera and StevenW.   The rest of you need to shut your pieholes and stop whining.  Duh! We know they called that's why we are on this site.   Sorry folks but I'm tired of wasting my time reading 'They called me today" with nothing else said to help identify them.  Joe, Are you saying the call came from some Republican group or are you  trying to be funny???   Don't waste my time with your senseless comments.  They are not funny.  Replying to this message will just prove you need to get a life.  Just take this message in the spirit that is was intended.

I've received several calls in the past week from 813-444-0030 (WCS).  Each time before they can start their spiel I clearly state...remove me from your calling list and then hang up.  I always report them to the worthless donut-sucking individuals at the "National" Do Not Call registry (WOW!  That really helps!). I hope the people running the DNC know that I hate their guts as much as I hate the worthless telemarketers who will call and call regardless.  New motto...Make the world a better place...kill a telemarketer.

Same number called me tonight at 8:25pm with WCS, I didnt answer it..Googled the number and this page came up so I decided to call back. It was a market research company and said to press 1 if you want to be taken off there call list..Hope that helps

they called last night no identification and no message left tried to do reverse lookup nothing there.

I get calls from this number - WCS shows on caller ID.  Have no idea who it is but do know they are annoying.  .

Called at 6am ,9am,2,pm on 8/13/2012 Rang the phone, but left no message.   No clue who or what it was about.   "WCS" showed on the caller ID.  No idea who WCS is.   Callercomplaints.com claim the number is "spoofed," but give no details:

Someone calls us from this number but won't identify who they are or who they represent.  We suspect this is some type of scam.

This wcs has called my house several times day and night and I have no idea who or what they want they ask for me then        when answered they say they will call later please help me find out about this.

Pretty much the same, got a call at 8:51 pm and it came up WCS.  I let it go to voicemail, but they left no message.

Same here - comes up WCS - whatever that is. I could hear someone actually hang up once the answering machine picked up.
