Same kind of situation as others receiving harassing phone calls, he also tries to use different numbers, all of which I've blocked. The funniest thing is he called a while back about a relative's defaulted loan that I have no legal ties to whatsoever. Apparently he tries to send text messages as well but they don't come through because the number is blocked. He also apparently attempted to send one around 3am EST, this guy is nuts! There must be some sort legal recourse for his behaviors, am looking into this.

Received a call from Investigator William Levelle saying he was following up on a case and gave the case #.
I found that he has apparently been calling other people and most likely not legit.

William is a punk who thinks intimidation works. Well it doesn't work. This guy harasses people and violates peoples privacy. He is actually being investigated to be sued by multiple people and companies. Also heard a couple of Marines in Tampa Florida are going to pay him a visit and break his legs.

I received a call from William Luvel from this number. I had co signed for a car loan with my daughter and she defaulted on it. I was actually glad to have received the call because I was not aware that she was not making the payments and did not realize the legal implications. We made arrangements with Mr Luvel for the car to be picked up the next day. What a relief!

Received a call from this number, stating his name as William Lavelle, a case investigator.  He apparently was calling me in an attempt to reach another distant relative.  Called back and he told me the case had been resolved.  I was attempting to explain that he had breached security of the person in question by telling me who he was "investigating" and that he left personal information for that person on my answering service.  In an attempt to have them be more cautious of this action in the future he became extremely rude and told me to quit wasting his time and then hung up on me.  I will be forwarding a written complaint to the employer

Received a call from a William Lavelle, claiming to be an investigator with some sort of file claimed against me in his office, a google search of his name lead me to this site where others claim to have been in touch with him and he refuses to give any info and one post claimed he was a repo man who also answers to nuvell.
