Hello, we are a business. A man called from this number and started talking to me about my energy bills going up. Wanted to verify my address-When I stated this is a business, he didn't even breath before he hung up the phone that fast. I am posting this number on my FB for friends n family too.
I also sent word to local elect company so they can stop these pranksters.

These people keep calling and when I answer no one speaks.  Thanks to above posters for the info.  

Yet another call from them at 1.19p on 1/21/14, to our FL landline.  As always, no message and a faked caller ID, a "V" followed by fourteen random numbers.

Many calls...no message...government does nothing...

Called at 3.32p on 20 Jan to our FL land line.  As always left no message and spoofed caller ID with the V followed by fourteen random numbers.  NSA, since you're already recording all of our phone calls and communication, why not release this clown's name, personal phone number and home address?

Called us again. We are about to drop our land line. We don't use it. But we pay an extra ten dollars a month in the cable bundle for it. Only these type of calls use that number. We can block these numbers easily on the cell phones. But FiOS only gives you ten numbers to block and makes it hard to change those that are hard to initially list. So goodbye landline!

Called our land-line at 7.52p on 1/16/14.  They left no message as always and spoofed caller ID with "V11616520001008".  

same thing; called  back hold music for ever... no company name...

Called our mid-FL landline at 11.16a on 1/16/14.  They left no message.  Caller Id reads "V11608161601008".

Yeah, me too. All the time. We will be dumping out land line soon as the only calls we get are junk calls.

Called at 11.21a on 12/11/13.  No message, no caller ID.

was out of town for Thanksgiving and 8 out of 12 calls on my phone when I got home were from this number.  Anyone who knew me was aware I was out of town and had my cell phone number.  Not going to bother to return call because it obviously sounds like the same scammer about electric bills.  Also am on Do Not Call list - how the heck do you get these losers to stop calling?

Called our land-line at 12.46p on 11/19/2013.  They call frequently just to annoy us, I guess, because they leave no message.  Their ID is a spoofed V1190xxxxxxxxx.

Called our central Florida landline at 9.50a, 11/16/2013.  Got the answering machine but left no message.  Caller ID reads V11606505200972.

Two calls from this # yesterday, 9:37am and 5:50pm. Does not leave message. Caller ID says "Plant City, FL."

Another number blocked by my phone.

I got a call and she acted like she was the electric company setting up a energy audit for me to help with increased electric cost- I  used to  work for the electric company so I knew this is not how they do things - when I asked what company she was with, she hung up. When I googled the number I saw this website. I am on a do not call list.

Called here at11.55a on Nov 12, 2013.  They left no message and spoofed caller ID with the now standard "Vxxxxxxxxxxx".

Another telemarketing company, plain and simple.  
They wanted to come to my home to audit my electric consumption.  I agreed and gave then an address of a home that I know in in foreclosure and vacant.  Ha, Gotch ya

Just called and when I said hello they replied Hello? I said you called here and she said oh and hung up.  Reporting to the do not call again.
