What was the name of the company that sued you? What was the debt you were sued over? I'm exceptionally skeptical of your posting. and planting false statements on this site to deceive consumers is no joking matter. I await your erudite response.

(1) If you actually owe the debt. (2) Were given written proof of the debt. (3) Had your day in court. (4) The Judge ruled against you - Then, DUH!, what did you think would happen? Unless of course, you are a lying shill, working for foreign criminals trying to extort money from Americans on fake debts. The last part? I'm going with that. Come on, really? Who 'forgets' they took out a loan, and 'forgot' to pay it back. Oh right! Foreign criminals trying to extort money from Americans on fake debts.

This isn't a joke. They actually took to to court over a old cash net loan I had a year ago. My wages are being garnished as we speak because of this. I actually thought this was bogus at first when I was getting the calls but it is legit!!

A person named April Davis leaves multiple calls claiming to be some federal agent investigating financial fraud. Even if it was a valid debt collection call it's not legal to threaten to press charges for some trumped up debit charges. Please do not give these people any of ur personal information over the phone
