Received call at 8:16 am (Hawaii Time) which would be 2:16 pm Altoona time.  I did not answer, I didn't even have time to anyways, but I would have because it being an 814 number.  Glad I looked up the number before I tried to call it back.

Just got a call.  Rang once.  I don't even know my cell number becasue only my kid and husband have it.  If my phone rings it's usually them.

814-204-3128 This number called my cell phone and I don't give out my number. Its bad enough that we get these calls at home. It is even more annoying when it is on my cell. If I want to buy something I will contact you otherwise don't call again.

I received one today at 16:01.  It went to voicemail w/o leaving a message.

3233477663 is the new version of the scam. Use Google Voice. Forward your calls to Google Voice. Mark scammers as spam and they get a recording saying your number is not in service.

814-204-3128... Call received @ 5:51PM... I answered on the first ring... got disconnected, so it appeared in my log as a missed call... Found this site, so needless to say, I didn't return the call... Scallywags!

I got a call on March 4, 2014 @ 5:37 from 814-204-3128, I looked it up before I called back, I also got one March 5, @ 9:21 AM, again didnt answer.  I also NEVER give my number out on untrusted websites.  This is annoying.

Called today. Don't want who ever called me- to call back again.

I got a call on my cell phone twice.  They hung up after the first ring.  I called back.  They had left message saying I had visited their web site.  Something about a rewards program which I had never visited.

Just got a one ring missed call. I would not call it back based on the previous comments. ..

Received call 2/4/14 11:49am.  I've already reported this  twice in the last three months.  

This number keeps calling me even after i called them back and pressed "2" to be taken off their list, telling them not to call me, still they keep calling, talked with someone and they still keep calling, it rings once and then hangs up, when you call a recorded message says, "hi it's julie from reward redemptions to claim your reward press "1" to stop receiving our phone calls, press "2".  They have called me 8 times in the past two weeks and i even turned them into the FCC.  Still, they keep calling, it's that stupid "robo-dialing"

814 204 3128 is some sort of annoying shopper's club gift card thing... I made the mistake of calling the number back after they left a message. I told them I didn't want them to call again but they did anyway.

Just called my cell phone, which like Robert posted, I never give out.  No message left on my voicemail.  Caller ID said Altoona, PA.  I called the number back from a blocked line, and got a recording saying, "Hi, this is Julie with Reward Redemption, we called you because you recently visited one of our affiliate websites and in appreciation, we have a rebate card for you, redeemable at popular stores and many more.  Press 1 now to receive your rebate card, or press 2 if you want to be placed on our Do Not Call list."  I did not visit one of their affiliate websites and would never have entered my cell phone number on a web site.  Do not press any numbers with these robo calls or outgoing messages, as doing so only confirms they have called a valid phone number that's responsive.  Calls from this number are a SCAM.

Just got a call from this number 8142043128.  It rang twice but didn't leave message and just disconnected.  It called my cell number not my home phone.  I don't give out my cell number to anyone.  Ever.
