this number called me saying i was being sued, and the wanted my lawyer's info. They were very rude to be but when I confronted them about being a scam they just hung up.

This number called asking for my husband. Same story an Indian lady wanted him or his lawyer to call and to not disregard the call. My problem is that literally we git him the cell phone six days ago and he has provided it to no one. Also the cell is in my name and we have different last names so I can not figure how they got his name and number other than he used his debit card when we bought his phone.

I am getting the same call from a lady with an inidan accent stating that she has som time sensitive information for me and to have my attorney call her back and not to disregard this message. They are calling my work number and leaving messages. I haven't talked to anyone as of yet, but I have called and never get an answer.

I HAVE RECIEVED SEVERAL CALL FROM THIS NUMBER STATING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE SUED DUE TO AN OUSTANDING DEBT FROM SOME PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM, HE GOT VERY OFFENSIVE AND SAID I NEEDED TO PAY AND GIVE HIM MY BANK ACCT NUMBER. HE THEN ALSO ASKED IF I WANTED HIM TO COME F*** ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS VERY IN LOVE WITH ME. I HUNG UP ON HIM AND HE CALLED BACK TWICE AFTER THAT BUT I DID NOT ANSWER.

My husband and I received the same phone call as the other person. Regarding a loan that we received from American payday loan. Stating we will be sued and that they needed our attorney names. they got mad when i asked them to send me something in the mail.

A man or Woman would call me and my husband phone saying that were being sued for not paying a loan back. Neither one of us took out a loan, they stated that someone used our email address to get a loan from American Payday loans.

i have gotten multiple calls and different answers everytime i call this back stating that they are a law firm and i have legal action against me. Asking for my lawers information. then when i question there intent they either hang up or in one case this person asked me if i wanted him to come and f*** me and that i would like it if he did.
