Same thing happened to me.  Warranty ran out and these folks called me.  I called my dealer to determine if they work with this company.  They don't.  Dealer advised me that somehow these companies know when your warranty expires.  Is a scam.

A close family member was called asking them about me. Why do people answer phones from numbers they don't recognize when they have voice messaging. Let it ring! They can leave a message. Anyway, the voice claimed to be 'vehicle processing'. Well, I have a brand new vehicle only a few months old. I wonder how they got the family member's number? I have three phone numbers. You would think this 'company' would have one of them. Of course it's a scam. They were phishing. Let it ring; let them leave a voice message people...

Receiving calls from this number.  Never leaves a message.  Have no idea who this number belongs to. Thanks for posting about this issue!

A lady called me and knew the I had a c-300 mercedes. I listened for a bit bc she said she was with mercedes benz. She said it was abt an extended warranty for my car. I don't know if this is coincidence or not but my warranty is gonna expire soon and I googled the price of an extended warranty last night. She didn't sound foreign or have an accent at all,but she said my warranty was expired which is not true. I said that to her and she said my records show it's expired. I said I know my warranty isn't expired. She said ok well I gotta do more research on this and hung up on me. Mercedes doesn't hang up on people, so be warned it's a scam!!!!

JUST got a call from this number, a Nigerian man (stereotyping) saying he was from" vehicle services" what ever the heck that is -inquiring about my car and  I told him I never had the vehicle he spoke of and , hoping he would continue his charades which he did- he proceeded to ask about what I am driving now , I gave him a fake response and then he tried to proceed with his con artist game and I hung up.
This came up as a Joliet number. I use to live there and have no doubts that a Nigerian scam could be coming from this area.  I only answered because I thought it may have been from someone I know in Joliet, I usually never pick up a phone if I don't know the number and everyone should do the same.

a guy called me saying that he was calling from chevy  about my warranty and needed to know how many miles r on my car... i could not understand him and when i asked him where he was located at he say cali.. but it came up at 815-207-7432. i told him that i will not give him  how many miles r on my car due to the fact that i couldn't understand him and when i asked him about what warranty he was calling about  he couldnt tell me. when i asked for his boss he told me his boss was busy. so i told him  not to call me anymore and if they do i will report him... BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER....

Repeated calls. No message. From "vehicle services."

We had several complaints from numerous citizens in regards to this number that called them and identified themselves as the department of motor vehicles.  The caller apparently inquired about specific information in regards to their vehicles.  We caution anyone that receives a suspicious call (similar to this one) to contact their local police department.

'Colored' girl? First of all, who uses the word colored? This isn't the 1950s. Also, what's the point of mentioning race? I'm glad she hung up on you. You're rude. I hope they call you 5 times an hour. You're an a**.

got a colored woman from "vehicle services" calling and when I asked what she wanted she said something unintelligable and I asked her not to call again and she got rude and hung up, so I called the number back hoping to get a supervisor or some info on these jerks and I got a recording that said " our offices are now closed, please call back between 9am and 4pm PACIFIC TIME". Obviously not a call sourced from Illinois as the caller ID suggests. Have 3 complaints in to the FCC and the DNC list on these criminals. Obviously a SCAM CALL but there is no title for that in the selections below for the call type so I will just leave it as "unknown"

They call two to three times a day. I got tired of it so I told them if they called one more time I was going to file harassment suit. they feel pretty save but if you look hard enough you will find it's a telemarketer but they don't give a name, Now when they call they don't answer,so I put the phone on the table, walk away for a half hour. They can't make a call while it line is open
First time I looked it up, it said Joliet, il now I looked up in a couple other places anf I found it's in Freeport,IL the number is 815-2077432

caller ID showed this number without area code and "Joliet  IL" for name.  They left no message.
