Caller ID states the call is from Don't Work. I never have answered so I don't know who or why they would be calling me.

Caller Id states Kansas City Missouri.  Called three times back to back, with no response.

I just got a new cell phone and within the first 24 hours of having my new phone, I started receiving calls from this number. It looks as if it some company is Missouri. I tried to call the number back and all I got was a fax machine.

called e i didn't answer... then a similar number called me asked to speak to luke i said this is him then they hung up and i called back and it was disconnected.. i'm worried

calls and doesn't leave a message, have no idea how they got my number.

been calling my cell for weeks now, every day several times a day.....  called back and a fax answered...  this phone can't block calls so I'm stuck with it.

it's very annoying to receive multiple phone calls from this company...they don't leave a message and nobody answers if you call back.

This number 816-569-2800 had shown up on the caller id. Not knowing who it was I gave the phone to my husband. My husband answered the phone and a male was on the other line. The man requested me by name. When my husband asked who was calling the man gave a BS answer of he "was having trouble hearing him and would call back." In researching this call via reverse directory we found it was New Innovative Solutions. It seems to be some sort of outsourcing for companies to use, such as a third party vendor/call center, to contact people.  Their website (http://www.newisolutions.com/index.php) states that their clients are

all of which I have no idea how ANY of them would know my name or let alone call my personal cell phone. This is a bit frustrating, especially since the caller has not called back as was stated by the caller, as well as they had called at 7:13pm.  Also when reviewing the website it gave 1 (800) 555-1212 as a contact number, which turned out to be a free directory assistance number that was not able to provide me with any listings for New Innovative Solutions. My thought is it may be some sort of scam possibly as you cannot validate the company other than by the internet (such as attempting to redial the number they called from which rings and rings then goes silent, or the contact number listed on their website.)

They have called me 3 times now and do not leave a message. I call back and all it does is ring and ring. They have called at all times during the day. It is creepy!!

They call everyday since Dec 29th.. twice sometimes three times a day all day at varying hours and never leave a VM! I answered one time stayed silent and whoever it is never said a word and finally hung up. I blocked my number and called back.. rings and rings.. no answer. I'm registered on the do not call list.. next step... I'm changing my number!!

I live about three miles from this address...gonna check it out..

Calls over and over with no messages

I am not in debt (and haven't been for many years) and have never been on probation/parole, nor has anyone in my household. We get calls from other numbers offering to lower our credit card rate - we don't even have any credit cards. Point is, our phone numbers are available to whoever wants to use them for whatever marketing ploy or outright scam they've got going. I wish I knew how to make it stop short of taking out my phone; like everyone else, I use the caller ID and don't answer if I don't recognize the number.

(816) 569-2800 (New Innovative Solutions on caller ID) called me, got my answering machine and when my machine picked up, the line was ringing as if calling another number.  A woman picked up and said hello a few times, got frustrated, and hung up.

My calls from 816-569-2800 started just yesterday.  I am not on parole, not a criminal and not in any debt so I don't fit any of the above 3 categories.  The only thing I put my number on yesterday was dr. phil website when I ordered a book...anyone else buy anything from dr. phil?

If you look at the website they do Direct Marketing. Aka they are a telemarketer. I filed a complaint against them since Im on the Do not call registry.

same thing happened with my sister, but when i called back i blocked my number and a man answered after only 2 wrings with "New Innovative Solutions". like a coward i hung up but at least that means there is a human on the other end controlling these rediculous calls. are any of you in debt or on probation/parole because ive often heard of both using a fake business, which is exactly what new innovative solutins is, if you look it up its nothing more than a private office in montana, and they use it as a front to complete 3 objectives: 1 get human on phone 2 identify human 3facilitate surveilance for debt collection or criminal activity monitoring, etc. usually they are even happy with just #1. what you all need to do is stop posting the same thing the last person posted and figure out what you all have in common, and then you will know where the calls are coming from. or you could just keep saying the same thing back and forth to one another, your choice,

Has called 4 nights in a row now-all during dinner time. They never leave a VM. I tried calling back and it rang and rang and rang and then went to a high pitched screech like a fax machine had picked up.....They are still calling!! ARGH!

Called by this number, left no message. I have no clue as to who is calling. Tried to look it up online and found nothing, not even with the BBB. Found that is it called New Innovative Solutions.???? by way of anywho.com   Does anyone know what this company does???

same thing here... called, hung up before i could answer it, i called back, no answer... i thought 816 was kansas city, i use to live in the area, it's the only reason why i thought to answer it... now i'm thinking 818 might be kc. not 816.

They called around 5 pm .. it only rang 3 times by the time I got to it they hung up ... The caller ID gave me a name New Innovative.....

I am getting calls from 816.569.2800 too!  It started August 5,2008 and it's usually between 5 PM and 8 PM.  They don't leave a message.  The only idea I have is that my wife recently started these online surveys, thinking she was going to win a computer or cash.  She may have given our number out.  I'm sure they sell all the information to whomever will pay for it.

Calling almost every evening,some times twice, about hour apart. Never leave messsage. I never pick up callers that do not identify themselves.
