Calls staing that this is Ms. Lee and to call back 866-951-8650 which is some reward center recording. Called multiple times over the weekend.

I keep getting an automated call to call Ms Lee at this number

I get recorded messages from this number 2 - 4 times a day.  The caller says it is urgent to return his call today.  Never gives a reason and i do not call back.  How can i stop this?

i get at least 1 to 2 calls a day yet no one is there. no debt problems here so i have no idea why they call.  Can anyone tell me how to get this to stop?  I'm on the do not call list as well.

I got many calls from this phone number on my cellphone and because I do not recognize it I ignore it hoping that they leave a message identifying themselves; however, the message left in my voicemail only say "Call back at 8169498504". Of course did not called back. This is very annoying.

These calls are truly becoming annoying.  No real information left on message - I have a pre-paid cell phone and these calls are becoming a financial burden for me.  PLEASE STOP CALLING!

I have no bad debt at all and get calls from this company all the time.  I have never talked to a person they leave a partial phone number on my voicemail.  So is this a telemarketer?, Debt person?, what?  I am on the no call list also.

They call, you answer and hear a recorded message. You call back asking for a generic name and they have avoided the DNC issue. Don't give them your name or any information about you or your family. They are attempting to collect for phantom or ancient debt issues that no longer exists. If it was legitimate they would speak with you directly on the initial call.

I get a call from this number atleast a few times per month. I too also have a business line. Once a man left a very aggressive message asking to urgently call back. He never mentioned what for or spoke of my name except for addressing himself as Mr. "So and So". I called back once and got a recording saying the office is closed. No name of the business or any other info.

I, too, received many calls from them.  One of the calls, at 9 pm, woke me from a dead sleep.  There was no identification, except IFP on the caller ID.  The tone of the voice on the recording, telling me that I had to call them back today, sounded like someone who had the authority to order me to call them at that time of the night.  Frankly, it scared the heck out of me, as I was afraid that something had happened to a member of my family.  Since I didn't get to write down the number, I went to the computer, and came across this site.  I finally was able to write down the number and call them back today.  I was amazed to speak to the nicest lady (I'm sorry I didn't remember her name).  She was looking for my adult son, and when I explained that I no longer had any contact with him, she removed my number from their records.  I also told her about the frequency of the calls, the disturbing nature of the recording, and about all of the complaints on this and other sites.  She had no idea that this was happening, and had me repeat all of this to her supervisor, Eric.  He said that he is going to look into this, and listened to my suggestion that they change the message to tone it down and provide some identification.  This is a collection agency, and in this case, it was concerning Regions Bank.  If you don't owe anybody money, please call and talk to them.  If you do, I suggest you call and make arrangements to pay them.  They were surprisingly decent to me.  I hope this helps someone.

I had the same thing. I called my local phone company (Comcast) *60 from home phone is your "screening" option, then you are to enter the number, follow the prompts. That SHOULD do it. I am also on the DNC list, but that doesn't seem to matter. HOpe this helps someone.

I have gotten numerous automatated calls from this number requsting  a call back , They call at all hours of the day and even had one call at 9pm, My number is listed in the "Do not call Registry", but I continue to get these calls, are there no way to put a stop to them ?

This number called me and asked for Jen.  I told them wrong number because obviously it was.

THEY TELL US TO CALL MR. MARTIN AT 1-888-XXX-XXXX

They tell  us to call Mr. Martin at 1-888-xxxxxxxxx

" it is importatnt that you return this call to Mr Martin" It use to be Mrs Lee. We called the number back after multiple calls. They didn't KNOW ANYONE BY THAT NAME. WE MUST HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. NOT US THEY KEEP CALLING AND CALLING ETC. I CARE FOR MY HUSBAND DAILY . wE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF OUR LIVES, NOT ANSWER UNWANTED CALL.

Instructed them on Oct 15 to cease and desist further calls and send a written letter regarding their claim.  After 6 weeks, so letter, but the calls continue.  Now sending a certified cease and desist letter - even though have violated the law by not providing a letter when requested.

They are clearly "bottom feeders".  Request validation if they contact you, most likely they cannot do that.

This is Mrs Lee. Calls,wakes me up.I need my rest to care for my sick hushand. Her automated calls are unwelcomed. This is not the first time I have reported her. They stopped for a while the last time ther were reported. May they please stop now.

You need to contact the DNC list and report this number. Then then can start doing something about it. You can also contact your Better Business Bureau to report it and possibly even the Federal Trade Commission.

This Ms. Lee is harrassing me. Calls all the time any day or night and I am sick of it.

This is getting real old, when these people call they hang up and when you call them back, no one seems to know what you are talking about. to answer a few of the questions, to get them to stop make sure you are registered on the DO NOT CALL.GOV sight, they have a way on there web sightt to insure this will stop immediatly if not sooner

Have gotten repeated phone calls from this number. They either hang up, or we have also gotten a message that says "This is Mrs. Lee...it is imperative that you call us back at 816-951-8650...then when we did call no one answered. We are also on the DNC list, and it is ridiculous that these people can keep calling and have no consequence. I thought that is what the DNC was designed for? Grrrrrr.Anyone know how to make them STOP?
