Received a call from this number and two other numbers in the same exchange in the past 4 minutes. I called all numbers back and this one picked up and began to dial. The DTMF tones at the end of the dial were going up sequentially. Thus said there is someone or some company war dialing our exchange.

Received a charge re a call from this number to my toll free number.  I only give out my toll free number to clients/patients who may need to contact me.  There was no message left for me.  I only knew there had been a call when I received my statement.  

I just tried to call this number and got the message that it had been disconnected.

got a call from this number, no response when I answered. I called back and got a series of tones, maybe 10 digits like a phone number but couldn't count as they were fast.
