Left no message

I get a call from this number at least twice a day.  It used to come in the middle of the night, which was incredibly annoying, but now it's during the day.  I answer and there's silence, then a fax sound.  I would love to have this stop.

You can see the apartment building he lives in at Google Maps by putting in "5801 Summit Park Dr", Fort Worth TX. He probably owns one of those old pickup trucks.

We are receiving several a day in our call center on each of our toll-free numbers.  it is very annoying!

I keep getting a call from this number twice a day. Then it sounds like a FAX. It's very annoying and I want to report it.
