Same deal: except when I answered, my phone supposedly dropped the call. When calling back, I heard multiple "speed dialing" attempts.

I get calls from this number with no one on the line when I answer.  When calling back, it also goes to dead silence.  I want to know if anyone knows what this is.

No message, when i called back I heard a tone burst like a phone number was being dialed, then silence.
