817-259-1424 "Buckeye" just called. I answered but no one there.

Keeps calling harassing me quoting the bible. I live in Florida and have no idea who this person is.

Recording said to press 1 to hear information about our borders.

keep getting call from 817-259-1424. shows up as "buckeye".  I dont answer because I think it is some kind of  "pitch"....

Received call at 4:30 pm yesterday. When my answering machine picked up they hung up. Called ID said BUCKEYE>

I just got the call too and it said BUCKEYE.

Caller ID said BUCKEYE.  Called back and got a recording stating technical difficulties that they were trying to resolve.  I am on the Do Not Call list.  It doesn't seem to be working.

Called me yesterday. No room on my machine, so no message. Caller ID said "Buckeye." Don't trust it. I'm on Do Not Call list.

got called at 2:35pm on 12/4/08, missed the call, called back and rang once then went to busy signal the 2 times I called back. Caller id said 1-817-259-1424, "Buckeye"

got called by 1-817-259-1424 "BUCKEYE" - at 2:20pm today 12/3/08 - didn't answer - hoping its not bible beaters, that would suck.

got the "buckeye" call. Grandfather still doesnt "get it" and thinks I somehow know people that call at all hours of the day because he has a listed phone number

I think its one of those b*****d companies trying to say theres something "wrong" with my credit card and I should buy an insurance policy that would barely cover the $15 minimum payment if I lose my job...yeah THATS worth $199

I got this call yeterday.  Totally confused me.  My late father lived in Buckeye.  I am also on all of the do not call lists.

we just got this call and called back the man that answered said that they dont mack out going calls and that it must have been a mistake

Received a call.  When I picked up, they said to punch '1' to hear a message about our borders.

Call came in at 5:12 p.m. CDT.  I did not pick up.  No message left on answering machine.

I am on state and federal  DO NOT CALL lists.

Received a call from 817 259 1424 about 5 minutes ago, caller id said "Buckeye".  After 2 rings the phone was answered, there was no one on the other end.

7/18 1:08 PM, ID was Buckeye, number 8172591424.  Two rings, hung up before I got to phone. Was perstered by a similar series of calls several years ago(had no caller ID then), computer savy friend said it was a hacker with his computer programmed to call a series of numbers and hang up after two or three rings if a computer hadn't picked up - that is all it would take for a computer to answer.

Caller ID shows BUCKEYE - When call was answered automated voice says "please press "1" to learn more about our borders".  I didn't press 1 and the voice said "this is an invalid entry" and the call was disconnected.

Thanks for your input - you know as well as we do that a caller ID spoof is hard to trace back to the source.  Another issue is that is seems as though the 817 number on caller id is being routed to my company's inbound call-taking line.

I did some searching and found out the area code - 817 - is Texas.
