Man called asking for Jim, the first name of the president of my company, I asked him who he was with and he said Cunningham Energy. I then asked the nature of his call and he said he needed to talk to him about a project. When I said I will need a little more explanation, he laughed and then hung up, good luck getting your call answered next time sir.

The person who called asking for my husband was also rude to me, and hung up before i could ask to be removed from the list. I called the number back and asked the gal to take me off their list, and that i didn't appreciate 'rude callers' and certainly he was a bad respresentation of their company. She seemed accomidating and certainly said she understood and w/d do that.

These guys are cold calling potential accredited investors to send a prospectus on oil ventures. If you are interested in direct ownership in an oil well then ask if they are the actual owner operator. If they want to sell you a position or security then odds are they are middlemen looking to take you for a ride. There are some reputable companies but most are sales guys that left these companies to make more money for themselves. If you are willing to do some due diligence then look to investors that are already in direct ownership and see who they invest with. I am not a rep for Cunningham but I wanted to educate this forum. Most of the guys who call you get paid poorly and make 200 calls a day just so that someone who is serious about investing will get a follow up call with a prospectus and the opportunity at hand. Now that you are in formed just simply tell them that you do not invest in oil over the phone and they will take you off their list.

Tom Neil left message. Has a special project to discuss. I had gotten a message from same number a few days before that specifically said Cunningham Energy. I few years ago I answered a call from Cunningham - wanted me to invest in an oil well.

Joe Graham called again as Cunningham Energy this time. Wonder what the name of the company is going to be tomorrow?

They called trying to get through to my company CEO. I googled and found numerous complaints about this oil and gas company. When I tried to get enough information to validate his need to talk to our CEO, he hung up.

Answered this time, gentleman on the other end asked for my husband by name. When I said he wasn't in he said he would try back another time. I tried to ask what the call was in reference to but he hung up. Rude!
I believe they are trying to get "you" to buy into oil exploration. Sorry, no can do:(
