I did not and do not have anything to do with these phone calls. I no longer have this phone no. I suggest you contact Crown Jewelers themselves and ask them to change the contact name for their phone no. This is bothersome.

I received a call from this number claiming my husband had purchased a piece of jewelry and was 1 year behind.  The only problem is, the SS# was not my husbands, the address was not ours and the guy wanted my credit card info.  I asked him his name, he said it was Justin Smith, but the number he called from was a Matthew Harnest.  Now, I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night.  So, I requested a number where I could talk to someone who actually had information about our so called account; because to top it all off this person knew nothing.  The number he gave me was a Crown Jeweler's Costumer Care number which couldn't take my call on a Sunday.  Which was interesting since they called me on a Sunday.  I would be very wary of if you too receive a call like this.
