DON'T KNOW THIS IS BUT THEY CALLED MY CELLPHONE ASKING FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO DOESN'T EVEN LIVE HERE

I had TXU on automatic bill pay at my bank. They claim I missed a payment six months ago, so I have a balance due plus late payment charges.  I asked for print out of my account and paper copies of monthly statements. No monthly bill showed a prior balance due, but one did have a late payment fee. ?? a late payment fee with no prior balance due???  The account statement only showed monthly amounts due & paid, no detail whatsoever, and no indication of a late payment or fees. My bank's website shows all electronic bills from TXU paid upon receipt.

But just assume they are not as stupid as their book keeping indicates. Why was that balance due and late payment charge not included in the following bill which was paid in full by my bank's bill pay service? Why did this problem suddenly appear six months later when I moved my service to another provider....  Seems like revenge and an attempt to steal money  by holding my credit history over my head like an axe.

I have never bought anything on credit except a home mortgage which I paid off in five years.. I will not be a debt slave to my credit history.

It is an automated call that has called several times asking for Betty Duhon and asking me to push "1" if I am her. I have hung up each time.

Someone from this phone number calls and don't say a word after I say HELLO ,HELLO THEN THEY HANG UP.The attorney General needs to start place a fine on those types of calls.Then you will see it stoped.

The people from this phone number keep calling my 70 year old mother who has NO debts.  THey keep asking for a person who is not, and never has been at her phone number. (She's had her phone number in Colorado for 16+ years).  She's told them this person does not live there, never has and yet they call her almost every single day at  8:00 a.m.  She is not well and these calls are harassment.

Wait till they find out they bought a paid off account...HA HA HA !

They have called a few times every day and when I answer they will not talk!

Every time a very creative different name/agency. Today they are called CSI, yesterday was Texas Collection Agency. Found here and other sites they are actually collecting for TXU and are very rude and insulting

Rude works with TXU debt Collector, told her I would pay on it in a month and she proceeded to argue with me and make me feel bad for leaving TXU. Because of this incident I will never use TXU again there entire staff is rude.
