Call came in on the caller ID as "Irvine, Texas".  When the answering machine came on they hung up.

We were just assigned a cell phone number today and no one knows the number; however, we received two calls from the referenced number. Who is making these calls?

This # was on my wife's cell in the same batch of calls from Washington Mutual Collections (All 817-524-xxxx #s). I assume it's part of their call center but did not get a caller ID
