This is the Collections Department with Washington Mutual Card Services!!!
The Fair Debt Collection Act permits you to send a letter (send certified) informing any creditor that you elect "not to receive telephone calls" and advise them that they are to communicate by mail, only. If they continue to call, you can file a small claims case (take digital pictures of your caller ID and your return certified receipt) and sue them for each call they place. Some states permit a $500 fine per call.

Called back number and received "Thank you for calling Washington Mutual Card Services. Enter your 16 didgit card #." Then get instruction for same in Spanish. I also got calls from other numbers from them. They must own a large block of numbers that they can use to annoy us with. Others number I received calls from are (817)524-0866, 0527, 0060.
