Same sort of thing happened to me and now I have cancelled all my credit cards and debit cards. I am afraid they have hacked into my computer for my personal information. Hang up as soon as they asked you to log onto your computer.

This guy was trying to gain access into my computer.  He said that his company was the developer for Windows.  He talked like a foreigner.  He didn't get into my computer.

Same as Joe...told my son he was from Alien Touch, an agent for Microsoft and he was going to help us fix the errors that were slowing down our computer. Gave instructions on how to follow him on the computer until we cut him off. I looked it up on Microsoft and they said they will NEVER call you unless you initiate the correspondence.

Called me this morning telling me they were working with Microsoft and that my computer had a serious virus that is affecting my operating system and harddrive. Wanted me to boot up and follow their instructions to repair my computer.  Huh, wonder how Microsoft had my number. Please don't fall for this scam.

Called asking for my wife. When I asked what call was about, he said something about Windows operating system. He got very belligerent when I told him to lose our phone number.
