Your a idiot. Why not give us your personal cell number. No one buys extended warrantes! You stupid man!
sonya 2013-12-17 19:20:22 Unknown
@Brett Cooper.
I am not a Warrantech existing customer. I've never heard of this company in my life. How did you get my number?
Stop doing illegal cold calling. Period. Instead of offering a lame apology and setting people up for yet more harassment, now via email.

Some of the below responses are incredibly stupid: "once you fill out a warranty card ... the vendor is required to make contact with you ...". Really? You're smart enough to use the word "vendor" like you know what you're talking about, and you write the vendor is "required to make contact with you"? Where is the federal or state statute that makes it a requirement? If, as a legitimate purchaser, you contact either the seller, re-seller, or manufacturing with a warranty problem, then of course they're required to respond. As for them contacting you out of the blue for their own marketing/sales purposes, and especially concerning phone calls from them at 11:00 pm or so, or calling day after day for weeks on end ... they're "required" to do that? Some Americans are so so smart, but so so stupid. Explains perfectly why the U.S. is where it is today: filled with oh-so-educated and intelligent people, yet can't reason it's way out of a paper bag.

Jack, those are just stock photos, I'm sure the real place is much worse than that.
These guys call constantly, very aggravating.

Have been receiving multiple (3-4) calls a day from this number for the past two weeks. Most times I let it ring. Answered once last week, there was nothing on the other end of the line and then they hug up. Last time (5 minutes ago) I answered, no response and then a click, hung up..... WTF! Call me 30+ times and I finally answer and you hang up. Quit calling......I am reporting....

Keeps calling me every day and I'm getting pissed off. Somebody needs to put these guys out of business.
Ina 2011-11-03 16:08:47 Unknown
I've been called at least four of five times a week and it's really annoying. I never get a voicemail so I never call back, but you guys keep calling. It's annoying. Please stop.
Mary 2011-11-02 20:56:04 Unknown
I am getting harassing calls about them needed "info" about my student loan, which I don't even have. I am also on the do not call list. I am going to report them
Anita Brake 2011-10-21 16:20:07 Unknown
You guys are a pain in the a**. Stop calling my f****ng phone. You are annoying. I want nothing from you. The constant calling is intrusive. It also is illegal, but since you guys are crooks, illegal activity is part of your DNA. That said: YOU ARE F****NG ANNOYING ME.

There is a nice tour of their facility with a map showing their location in Bedford TX,, a view of the lobby, call center, and board room. Can some of our Texas complainants pay them a personal visit?

My number is on the National Do Not call list and I would appreciate it if you would follow the law concerning calls trying to sell me extended warranties. Take this as the one and only notice that you will receive from me. The next will be handled thru my attorneys channels.

Unsolicited call to my telephone number which is on the national do not call registry!
endthecalls 2011-10-18 14:57:03 Unknown
I received repeated calls from this number, which is aggravating because I have my cell phone with me during business meetings, etc. After seeing the posts on this website and calling to request to be put on the Do Not Call list, I was told that I was contacted because the factory warranty on a product I purchased last year is about to expire. From the tone of the customer service rep with whom I spoke, I sense that the staff is pretty worn down by constantly dealing with unhappy consumers who are miffed by the repeated disturbance. Regardless of the legality of your practice, I highly suggest that you guys change your business model.

do not call me
sick of unwanted calls 2011-10-03 16:19:56 Unknown
Stop calling. If it's important enough for me to call you back, it would be important enough for you to leave a message. I've received dozens of calls from 817.786.1092 days, evenings, weekends. NEVER a msg. QUIT!
Carol Ann Hood 2011-09-24 13:47:56 Telemarketer
We get 3 or more calls a day. it is Warrantech. They let it ring but don't leave a messae. This has been going on for several months. Guess it's telemarketing
melany 2011-08-24 16:26:48 Unknown
I also received a call from this number who are they?
Genius 2011-08-17 20:55:04 Unknown
Lmaooooo , you're all IDIOTS!!!!!!!! but funny ones...
Johnson 2011-08-02 20:42:22 Unknown
If you actually use Warrantech for several years, that means your wide screen must be broken many times by using their service. You only use warranty when your stuff is broken, not when it's not broken. You pay them to keep their jobs to harass us, that's what you do.
Jose Hermida 2011-07-28 00:54:59 Unknown
Don't know what planet you all come from, but I have used Warrantech for several years on my wide screen, I have used their services and never a complaint. This company is not a telemarketing company.
jimbo 2011-07-21 22:09:34 Unknown
RE: sanitycheck's comment. I have not purchased ANYTHING that came with with a warranty offer in over 10 years. I did not fill out the warranty application.
Any appliance I have ever purchased I have NEVER purchased a warranty or filled out any application from the appliance provider.
So that shoots his theory that they have a right to call me as an end user of their services to h- e--double hockey sticks.
My opinion is places like Radio Shack P>C> Richards etc, sell your info to these clowns, then they start calling you.
god 2011-07-14 22:38:31 Unknown
it's warrantech in beford, tx..... call them return their call 800-833-8801 they will hafta pay for it. click the auto warentee dept and just say hi.. it's our turn now...
BarbS 2011-07-14 20:28:13 Telemarketer
Please quit calling me. If I have not answered the phone the twenty-five times you have called this week. When are you going to figure out that people have a caller ID and that they have no intentions of everanswering your calls?
Kc 2011-07-06 17:13:40 Telemarketer
They just called me wanting me to extend my warranty for a Microwave Oven that was purchased from Appliance Mart. I do not know how they got all my info because I have never been to that store nor have I purchased a microwave ever in my life.
