ATT Real Yellow Pages, wanting to verify listing in book about to go to publishing.

They called me at 8:28 on a Saturday morning! I have absolutely nothing with Citi and am so annoyed by them. They've even texted me!

I received a call on my cell phone and did not recognize the number (817/837-7838); therefore, I did not take the call.  They did not leave a message; the call appears to be from a landline out of Roanoke, Texas.  When I call the number back, I receive a recording stating "You have reached an unassigned number" and the call is disconnected.

I receive calls from 8178377838 all day, everyday. To make things worse, they aren't calling for me. I tell them I'm not who they are looking for and they keep talking like they don't hear me. They don't leave messages, but they will say hello a hundred times in my voicemail.. Its aggravating and annoying.

It is citi bank people. Stop asking who it is. It is Citi Bank. Either you are not paying your car bill or someone is lying.

Who ever this person or company is are starting to get on my last nerve,they won't answer or say anything they just hang up,I wish their was something everybody could do about this ,I and everybody else need's help

This is CitiFinancial Auto. Just plain irritating.  They call about past due loans even when they are not past due.  I just ignore them.

This IS Citifinancial Auto who call you when you are 1 day late on your payment.  I made them mad when I told them to take my payment out of the TARP money they owe the US Government and I for bailing them out and to stop calling me after only 1 day.  They could cut their costs of doing business and not require the money to hire people to call their customers the day after the bill due date, by waiting at least a week or two before they make the calls.

...and for all of those who are stating "just pay your bills and shut up" hopefully you never get behind and have to put off a bill and not pay it by the due date.  I can say that I did get behind with this company and made payment arrangements to get caught up that they accepted.  However, they will tell you that even though they accepted the payment arrangements, they will still call you.  That is STUPID!!!  What am I going to tell them differently when they call every other day.  I have always been told that if you are going to be late or can't make a payment call your creditors to work with them.  Well, Citifinancial makes me want to just pay as I would to catch up my payments without calling them because they are going to make the same calls that I was trying to get to stop no matter what.

And before those people who have never gotten behind comment, I have made each and every payment as per the agreement that Citifinancial accepted and like I said, was notified that they are going to call regardless.  My advice to anyone that owes this company money is to pay off your loan with them as soon as possible to avoid the calls because they are idiots.

They call my daughter's cell day and night. We answered and they asked for my daughter by name!  A 15 year old does not have a loan w/Citifinancial, si this is def not legit!!

I have a loan with them as well. After telling them how insane the timing of this constant calling habit is, they said they would need a promise  date to post a payment in order to stop the automatic dialing system from calling.

 I told them my situation, and then mentioned I just will not answer it. They know that I am working on it and have told me so. -"They are working with me."; they say.  It's just in other words: very annoying.  In the mean time, I prsonally  keep my cell phone volume down (when I have to) too low to be able to hear it, until I can make a payment or arrangement.

I do have an auto loan with CitiFinancial, and I get calls from them incessantly if I am even one day late on a payment! This summer my husband's father died and I had to postpone a car payment until next paycheck... they called me 64 times before dinnertime! And I am not even exaggerating, I took down every call and time and counted them twice to make sure. 64 times! This is going too far. Just now, I received a call at 10:45pm on my cell phone. My cell phone has a pacific time area code but I have been living in the central time zone for years. I have asked multiple times for them to stop calling at this hour and they always promise they are making note of it and the calls will stop, but they don't. I realize that if I never made a late payment, the calls would be fewer and far between, but I have a payment due on the 12th and now that I am an adult with rent and expenses I usually can't pay until the 15th, but they refuse to change my due date even by those 3 days! Thanks CitiFinancial.

They are citi financial, they will call on your car loan saying you are late even if you aren't.
When you tell them you have already made your payment, they put you on hold, come back and say "yes, it looks like you have made your payment"...well, no s**t??  Seems like you could have saved us both alot of time and trouble if you'd checked on that BEFORE calling me there, Skippy!
The calls are outsourced from the Philippines and the people you have to speak with are not the sharpest tools in the shed if ya know what I mean.

Citibank is facing bankruptcy - they call me and I am ahead 3 payments

This number continuously calls my cell phone and does not leave a message.

I get calls too.  I can be 2 days late on my car payment and they start calling.  Legally, a debt collector can not call you more than 3 times in a 24 hour period.

Receive calls on a daily basis.  When answered, it hangs up.  If you call the number 817-837-7838 the message states unidenified extension.  please make it stop

The call is from Citigroup or Citifinancial. they are calling because you owe money a missed payment or they have something wrong with your account.  if you want the cals to stop call them and find out what is wrong.

I have been getting calls from this number everyday, three times a day. They even call on the weekend. I researched the number and its from Roanoke, Tx. Maybe Citi Finacial. I'm not late on a payment, why do I get calls?

SICK AND TIRED OF THESE MORONS CALLING..I AM REGISTERED WITH THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AND THAT ISN'T HELPING?

Yes, I have called and found that they HAVE my payment and yet still call...one computer system apparently does not talk to the other. They must not mind paying those people overseas

Pay your car note, this number is citi financial, there calling because you owe them money!!!!!

Pay your bills and you wont be bothered, your a dead beat, thats cold!!!!!!!

Even people who have paid their bills are being called so I say F**ck them. If companies are going to do this then forget about them.

I GET SO TIRED OF THIS NUMBER CALLING A.WHEN YOU ANSWERS NO ONES SAYS ANYTHING BUT THEY CALL 5 OR 6 TIMES PER DAY ..... THIS REALLY GETS ON MY NERVES WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING !!!!!

someone calls me all the time from this number.  at all times of the day and night. i am sick of it i dont know the number, so i dont answer it, they dont leave a message either.i call the number,  says not a working number. wtf!! STOP CALLING ME IF YOU ARN'T GONNA TALK TO MY VOICEMAIL!

Wow i thought i was the only one experience this they call me 3 times a day and hang up.....whats with that? how can we stop the nonsense.

They constantly call my office number and ask for some lady when I say this is not her number they either hang up on me rudely or say they will remove me from the list which doesnt happen.  So smartass I am not going to pay her bill whats your clever answer for that.
