This number keeps calling me telling either me or my attorney to call, when I call them back they keep saying I owe them money but won't give me a name of the company I owe the money too. I told them I was calling the BBB on them and to stop calling me.

By the way if you call them back and let them know your going to call the BBB on them they will hang up on you. They guy uses Different American Names but is Indian!!!!! Don't SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

i received 10 phone calls fro this number today alone and several last week, saying i owe money from a pay day loan all my loans are paid off with proof. How do i stop these calls.

received a nasty message from this number again, threatening me with lawyers,i called the number back and told them to stop callling my work and cell that i do not ow them any money and their response was for me to kiss their a**, this is such harrassment how do i stop these calls

This person "Tony" is calling from Florida stating he is with Pacific Credit Services.  He says tomorrow I will know his wrath!  I am waiting.  They will not give you their address, full web site, or any other information, and if you ask him he is not a lawyer, but some kind of "case worker" who states they don't want money, just to let you know they are coming to get you.  I said, bring it.  I kept the guy on the line for 20minutes.  I have blocked the calls with my wireless provider, so they can not call back.  I cannot believe they are so desperate to keep talking to you for so long.  So my solution to stop the calls, block the number with you phone company, then call them and just talk to them.  I told him I was so lonely and liked to speak with people.  Also, he told me to get a job and then kept threatening me.  I am going to call him back tomorrow night and ask him, so....what is going to happen today.???  Don't let these scammers  ruin your day, have fun with it.  Tease them, ask him what color is his underwear.  Does his like Italian food, or Thai?  Say you want to get to know his sorry a**.  HA!

Just got call today, left message about legal matter and I should call back.  Tony Brown, but and india voice LOL  then called my work, I put to voice mail.  Called my phone again id said 436-867-87, Tony Brown again stating I can not ignore these calls, which I can it is a scam!  He tells me to call back 321-285-4290.  This has been going on for over a year, Do not send them any morney or give them any info, tell them to put it in writing. In the US you can not be arrested for having any debt.  They are trying to scare you, they got your info if you have ever gotten a PayDay Loan!
