Same thing happened to me. I listed my car on craigslist yesterday and got a call from this number today. When I answered, they hung up. Then I tried calling them back and get an automated message saying this number does not have an answering service.

Just got a call from this number too. They hung up when I answered. I called it back. It's an advertising firm. I put my car on sale on craigslist and they wanted to sell me on some sort of advertising services to sell my car. Just don't answer it.
