Started receiving "Unavailable" phone calls yesterday. Today I woke up to three missed calls and a text from 717514@vtext.com saying (Susquehanna Valley- Please Call '818.534.5399') Going to assume its spam.

They texted my phone. It just said "Members 1St (Cumco) F C U: Please Call 1 (818)534-5399

818 is the San Fernando Valley area, Glendale, North Hollywood, Taluca Lake area and Burbank, etc. The text also include an email address in it 66@fcu.com
The question is who owns the site/domain fcu.com? Report the person to that
