Anyone knows who this is?

I WAS TO;D ITS A SCAM THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND HARASSISNG ME AND THREATNING ME IM GOING TO JAIL

they called me too...have you recently did anything on line such as a payday loan they obtained the information from this I'm assuming

I was left a message, that i need to call them asap or have my attorney contact them and if i don't only god can help me!!!l LMAO, ppl have no life, they need to learn to speak proper English before they try scamming hard working ppl.

I was also called and they told me th at i was being charged with crap like check fraud and two other bogus charges. they wanted a total of  like 760.00 or so from me and i told them no. They threatend me that i was gonna lose my job and garnish my wages and all th at crap and i had until 1100 the next day to be in court in California. I live in florida! umm i dont think so.. He called me back again like 5 times today 6/3 and i finally answered and he was like "ZANA JONES" would like to talk to you and i told him i dont have time for this and that i know they are a scam and i would apprciate them not calling me at work again and he hung up on me... These people need a life for real.

On the 31st of May 2010, I received a phone call from 818-746-3405, from an individual who identified himself as Scott Williams. He asked for my name and home telephone number, he then stated that he was going to transfer me to an Attorney whoes name was never given, nor was the name of the company given. The attorney statrted asking me questions, and I refused to answer as I had no idea as to whom they were nor what it was tht they wanted. The unnamed attorney then asked if I lived at sucu and such an address, and if my bank was called xxxxx, and if my social security number was xxx-xx-xxxx, I informed him that I would not answer his questions unless I knew who he was and what the name and address of his company was, the so called attorney gave no answer, however he stated that he was going to sue me, conduct an investigation on me, and have someone come to our home and take care of business. He indicated that this was due to a Payday loan that I had taken out and had not paid back. I have never taken out any Payday loans. After telling me all of this the so called attorney started using profane and abusive language, at which point in time I hung the phone up. The phone number 818-746-3405, is an unlisted and unpublished phone number in Cagonia Park California in Los Angles County California. No other information is avaliable.

Don't let these people scare you. It's just a total scam.
Obviously they're from somewhere in India...Pakistan - same s**t. Just miserable thieves sitting in a cave somewhere trying to make a buck.
They called me as well yesterday morning, I thought it was really fun to mess with them.
They said that I took out a "payday loan" of some sort and never repaid it. Complete nonsense.
They asked for my attorney's name and telephone number.
I said my attorney's name John Smith...(the same name of the idiot calling me) - and I said the telephone number for him is (123) 456-7891 - they didn't even catch this right away. Not the smartest group.
Somehow, they obtained a U.S. telephone number, although they're certainly not from here.
Don't worry about them charging anything to your acct. - if they had this info. they would have most certainly used it by now.
My advice, keep calling them and messing with them. It's fun to hear them get angry. Remember, every moment they're being messed with is time away from trying to steal from us.

Yes they called me & called my job & left a message. I work at a church & they left a threatening message & i told him if he called my job again i would be filing a report & he said they were coming to arrest me & take me to California I haven't been there for over 20 years i live in OK. i told him that my job thought they were terrorists & wanted to call the police he hung up LOL boy iwas really angry about that call
