This call comes in as a health agency, and when you select option 1, you get a live person; however the woman who answered hung up as soon as I asked her to remove us from her call list. I tried calling the number back, but there is no answer and no answering machine.

It is a bunch of scammers.  They try to sell low cost insurance or online education.  Do not give them any information!!!!
