They called me with a new number 951 489 0226 they had me really scared for a second so i googled it and found out it was a scam thank god it was im only 22 years of age and they said i owe them 450 for taking out a loan online and i dont even take loans out online. I told them i would pay whoever i owe and they said i had to pay them and they would not give me the number to the people they said i got a loan from he said i would be arrested at ma job by 2 oclock and they was going to bring me to cali to go to court so i cussed him out and he said see you in court lol his name was david cooper

Got a call about an hour ago from 818-851-7960 stating I owed $900 a past due bill but if I don't pay it by Friday then I'll be arrested and after court fees will have to pay $10,000!? So I went online to find out a little more about "Sanders Law Firm" and came to this site. This scam is very scary because they had the last 4 digits of my social and the amount for the bill is close to being accurate. Do not send these people money and report them right away!!!!

I thank God for this site and you all logging your complaints!! Just as this "Chris Carter" was threatening to arrest my husband unless he pays a loan from a PayDay Loans? he would be arrested. The repayment was for a ridiculous amount of $900 that turned into $1200 by the end of the phone call. As he was harrassing my husband, i typed in this law firm "Dunn & Sanders" and the address....lo and behold, this site popped with all of you all's complaints. Armed with this very helpful info, we went in for the "kill!"  Mr. Chris got off of the phone after he accused him of being a FRAUD and we called the California Sheriff's office.  We are going to call our local police as well.  What was scary about all of this is that they had the last 4 digits of my  husband's SS#.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!!

calling from a new number 818-851-7859, they are changing numbers in a attempt defraud unsuspected indiviudals.. i enjoy their calls cuz i make a fool out of them and play on their lack of english speaking abilities. so if you are recieving calls from this number beware they are the same individuals

They're scammers, I would report them to your local police dept
this happened to us about 2 mos ago, and I had to file a police report
here and also where they were located in California.
But...if you need debt help of any kind and they're harassing you,
call consumer law offices, they sue if the debt companies harass you
and you usually don't have to pay and you receive money, because
of them breaking laws for harassment.  Krohn & Moss are awesome people
to help.

How do they know your bank account number/
We did receive alot of calls today, this happened before about 2 mos
ago, and I had to file a police report here and also in California.
They're probably illegals, and don't have money or extortion

These people have been calling here all day, I told them if they called one more time
I would file a police report for harassment, and also turn them into another attorneys office.
He could Not give us their website, and I think they're just making up what the name of their
company is also. Weird, I blocked their number and it still got into my phone somehow.
If you're being sued you'll get something in the mail, and will be contacted by proper people,
not nut jobs like this,  I think they're also probably terrrorists, looking for money

I received a call saying I was going to be arrested for non payment  for a loan company I never heard of,I told  the guy to Stop calling me and they even called my job because I return the call from my job number i told them to stop calling don't I am going to report them.and then the guy told me Good luck who says Good luck on a collection call Scam Beware

My contracting house received a call today from a Dewayne Snyder stating that he is from Sanders and Associates 818-920-8647. I tried to call the number back and got a busy signal. What kind of Law Firm has a busy signal everytime someone calls. I was upset that they called my employer. Then I decided to google the number and found this site and other sites in reference to this being a scam. Now I know how to handle the call when they decide to call again.

well the same thing has been happing to me for the last week! I just called the number back to get more info on them like one of you suggested and the said there name was Don And Sanders Legal aide the guys name was kevin  to make a mother of two worry that shes going to jail is sh**y im sorry but it is they want money but i keep telling them no so now they gave me a case file number what should i do is it still a scam at this piont?

I just recieved a call and left a message at my job threating me about something telling me i need an attorney. Never took out any loan do not have any credit card. try calling them back said mailbox is full.

I RECEIVE A VERY DISTURBING CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY THAT THEY ARE AN ATTORNEY FOR PAYDAY LOAN THAT I HAD BORROW MONEY FROM PAYDAY LOAN AND DIDN'T PAY IT BACK AND THEY ARE FILING CHARGES AGAINST ME AND THE POLICE WILL COME PICK ME UP TOMORROW....AFTER I STARTED TO GET MAD WITH THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO SUCH THING AND ASKING QUESTION THEY TELL ME THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE OUT ANY OF THEIR CLIENT INFORMATION.....SO I LOOK UP THE PAYDAY LOAN PHONE NUMBER ON THE COMPUTER AND CALL THEM AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT....THEN I GOOGLE THE PHONE NUMBER AND I SAW EVERYONE ELSES MESSAGE....

Thank you guys...I really appreciate that: 1. these people are dumb enough to keep using the same number and tactics and 2. there are people out here willing to share their exsperiences about these lifeless bums! They have been bugging me for about a month, i've always figured it was a scam, but now that I know for a fact that it is, I'm gong to have fun telling them to F off.

When they call start asking questions, the will hang up realy fast. I started asking how a law firm (thats what they told me they were) didn't know about how the US legal system worked and how they didn't know the diffrence between a warent and a suppena. they hung up.

I received the say call today tell me that they were pressing crimnal charges against me if I didn't pay.  I told them to provide me with the orginial contract with my signature and I would pay, but they have not.  This is a scam...

I got 2 calls from this number too.  I knew it was a scam.  Heavy accent, first one said their name was Amy White and the second Tod Martin, I said yeah and my name is Mahatma Gandhi.  I told them I was filing a complaint with the FTC, the FBI for extortion and turning their number into the Homeland Security tip line because I think they are extorting money for terrorist activities.  Have heard from them again.

I received a call on my cell phone  today from the same number for the amount of $684.49.  Strong indian accent.  The same scare tactics were used.  However,  my wife got on the phone and started asking him questions about him and he became very upset and hostile.  She asked for his name, which he gave as Kevin Fernandez.  We asked for his business information.  He provided Dunn and Sanderson Legal Associates.  Nothing came up on the Internet.  However, he confirmed that he is located in Westlake Village, CA.  We contacted the only law firm in Wesltake close to that name:  (www.DunnandSanderson.com) and asked for John Grogan.  There aren't any lawyers at this firm under that name.  The principals are all listed under attorneys on the website.  We were instructed by their office to contact Sherfiff's Dept and ask for Deputy Voorhees at 805-494-8208.  You may be advised to contact the FTC and the BBB.  We didn't have a business name so we  haven't gone this step yet.  The attorney's office is aware and if we continue to  report this to the Ventura Sherrif's department and report to the FTC, hopefully they will catch this guy.  The more questions I asked the more irate he became and eventually hung up.  I knew something wasn't right because he would not give me his company name and direct information about my "case".  Beware!

The message he left was funny and used the name Adam Smith which clearly a false name. I don't know him or owe him anything..#funny

Scam there calling me right now

they call and leave threating messges with fake names, like Jones, Smith and Anderson
they cannot speak english and are calling from a phone center.
whenever I did speak to them they never tell you who you owe or for what.
they will not send the request in writing so you know this is a scam
we must find a way to stop them

My daughter just got a phone call like this about an hour ago stating she owed money for a loan from Payday Loans. She didn't make this arrangement nor did she know what the gentleman was talking about. When she asked him for information about the case numbe etc..the person would not give her any information. Just kept telling her if she did not pay this loan back to the tune of $1000 within 7 days..she'd be brought up on federal charges. I immediately put this phone number into the internet search engine & to my not so much surprise discovered it was & is a scam!!! Call the local or state police in your area. Call the police in the 818 area. Call your bank & all creditors & put them on alert that your indentity is being used in fraudulent activity & that police have been notified. Don't let these phone calls scare you...it's time to scare the scammers!!!

I was called by Jason brown informing me that I will be arrested for criminal charges, for checks fraud and deceiving loan payments and said that he was reading an affidavit that makes me acknowledge of the crime I committed. I just got this call no longer than 10 minutes ago and I freaked out, so is everyone 100% sure this is a fraud? Thank you.

Called me at work and threatened me.  Had no clue as to what "Jason Brown" was or is talking about.

if u get a call from this number cuss them out and tell them i will own u and i will find u or tell the to give u there address and u will send them a cashier check and let the cops know that and they r harrass and that the r scamers trying  to take ur money

He said his name was 'Chris Carter.' That's pretty interesting because he was Indian.
