I got a call from this number and the same thing.  It was a pre-recording about my credit card account being in jeopardy and that they could lower the interest rates for me.  I hung up after listening to the recording.
Never said the name of the company they were representing or anything.

sounded like a pre-recording about your credit card account that may be in jeopardy and want you to call them to give them all sorts of personal info.
I hung up immediately.
