Lardie Agency?
Lardie Agency?

The "Lardie Agency" is an NAA insurance sales agent who paid for an LLC to seem like a legitimate business. It is solely made up of the sales agent- "Manager" Eric Lardie & his wife Sheryl who runs all the "office" activities.  They are managed by Stephen Davies of NAA, who stole Eric as his own "downline" agent, but did not actually recruit or train the Lardies.  Now trained in the art of deception, the "Lardie Agency", just like the "Stephen Davies agency" is desperate to recruit more than ever due to a large number of agents leaving recently.  Both of these groups will step on/over anyone & side step any ethics to stay afloat & appear to look better, much like NAA itself.   STAY AWAY!!

However, thank you all for you posts.  828 - 585-6751

Received a call from Shana in NC she was also asking is I was still looking for work - said she was calling for the Lardie Agency - we set up a telephone interview on three different occasions.  She said she was calling for her boss and that her boss Sheryl Lardie would be calling me for the phone interview.  Three time she didn't call on the fourth schedule time she call but, she called thirty minutes late.  I knew this had to be some thing shady - very unprofessional -   she said she found my resume on monster.com -

Just hung from Ryan and the next call is tomorrow.  It won't be happening.  I am always suspicious when someone calls and starts the call "are you still looking for work".  Thanks to all of you for your previous posts.  They saved me lots of headaches and stress.

LOL @Nickel.
Just got the call, 8285856753 interview with Omar Smith. Googled him, it links back to a NC graduate who is with Davies Group and the NAA
This is a scam, you would need lots of money to even make little to nothing. Does not surprise me to hear that  the founder is a criminal, and they find ways of pushing out the ones producing so they can take their residuals.

These are CIA drug and money laundering criminals. I would know, I have relatives in the business....
The only question they asked me is if I had a "criminal record"...the pot calling the kettle black.
What they want is to have an employee on the books so they can move money in your name.
WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!! This country has been run by CIA criminals for years. File a freedom of information act with the CIA on these guys, you will get a response, Classified by Executive Order...

Steven davies is a recruiter for commission only insurance sales of MLM co "NAA".  His income is listed as 7-figures or over $1mill. He did make $1mill about 6/7yrs ago when it was based on submitted premium, not on actual placed life insurance.  So now he is in the "$1mill" income bracket, but doesn't  actually make 7-figures, since its now based on issued & placed policies. He uses his "friends" to find other "friends" who "need some extra income.  Personally I have seen Steve use his "close friends" helping them become nationally recognized in NAA, & find ways to terminate their contracts, steal their commissions, & steal their agents. He is known for having a high turn & burn ratio from resumes & his circle of friends.  He talks of having plenty of $$ for his kids children, but become friends w/ his family(esp wife) & you will hear a vastly different story of the real life behind the scenes version of  his NAA dream life. But we wont go into bitter back stabbing spouse.  Try this number (828-335-6248 or 828-651-9196) to get a more direct answer to anymore questions you may have from the clown himself.

Just received a call indicating the same information that has already been posted on this site.  My interview is set up for tomorrow (10.12.12) with John Cogan.  I had to have her repeat the company several times, and thought it odd she asked me if I had a criminal background and asked if I had kidnapped any children recently.  That statement was so odd to me that I started googling the information she provided and now I know why!  Also mentioned her boss found my resume on career builder and when I asked what the position was, she said she wasn't sure.  Looks like my 2:30 time slot just freed up again!  Beware, and do your research.  First impressions seem to have been right for those of us who have taken the time to post.

Just got the same kind of call.  It is tricky because I am currently looking for a position and they person who called was reading my resume and confirming information etc....when I pushed back with questions about who the company was the caller got nervous and said that "Omar Smith:" would explain it all to me...
Dont like this.  I pushed for the name of the company and tried to do some research and that is how I found this site.   T

OMG, I just got the call too. Same number with a one on the end and a "set up" call for Hannah Myers for tomorrow. The caller was so dumb that he couldnt tell me the job they were talking to me about..."apparently there is several I might fit". I googled the Davies group and Hannah Myers and couldnt find out anything so I googled the number and found all of these posts! Thank you all!

He did ask a weird question about how good my credit was, that was the red flag for me to google this...

thanks all!

I got a call today from 828-585-67521 as well. I don't remember the caller's name, but I set up an interview with Omar Smith on Monday.  Caller did not say he found me on CareerBuilder, and I don't  remember applying at the Davies Group, so I googled the number and found this site.  Thanks for the heads up.

Just got a call from them. I answered the phone even thought the number looked odd, and set up an interview for Monday with Omar. The whole thing seemed odd, so I decided to look it up. The caller asked if I had a criminal background, what my credit was like and what salary I was looking for. I told him I could not give a salary range without knowing what kind of positions Omar had in mind. I will not be answering the phone when he calls.

Thanks for the information!

Received call from 828-585-67581 (yes with the 1) on 8/2/12 just like all the other post above but it sounds like a new scam player is in the game.  I was scheduled for a telephone interview with Hannah Myers. Like everyone else...be aware of the scam. Like someone else said, this adds insult to injury. I'm unemployed for a year now.

Got a call from 828-585-67521 (yes, my caller-ID shows 11 digits).  Whoever it was didn't leave a message.  I get a lot of crap calls thanks to careerbuilder.com.  It adds insult to injury.  I've been out of work for 2 1/2 months now.

I got a call this morning too. "found your resume on careerbuilder.com" I asked him what kind of job and he said he didn't know, he was calling for someone else. Hmmmm, yeah...no!  I worked in HR and ALWAYS knew what job I was calling about.  I have received so many insurance job offers. I need a real job with real money and real soon.   I told him I was considering taking another job.

After I hung up I thought oh crap!  I applied for food stamps yesterday and they may be checking to see if I am looking for a job.  Glad to see that wasn't the case. ;0)
