Call came from 828-633-3086 listed as land line in Candler, NC.  Called the number right back and got a  recording stating the line is no longer in service or has been disconnected.  Authorities aware.

I do not know who this is; they never leave a message or answer return calls.

this number is a collage locator that tells you , you have been on their website . look im 42 this year . im not looking for a collage . i wish these people would stop lieing .

Has been calling all day on my wife's cell phone, never leaves a message. We tried calling back, the number rings, picks up, hangs up immediately. We do know for sure it's a landline in Enka/Candler, NC, provided by Level 3 Communications, but nothing beyond that.
