Got call from this number and the accent is so thick. Luckily I dont get good signals in my office and the call got dropped..

Called me too good thing i didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

They have called 4 times in 2 days

Yet another scam number calling my cell phone, many of them come from out of my state, but I live in Houston and close to Baytown. I want to track this number and cracks some skulls....police are obviously not going to stop it, nor will our courts.

I have received calls from this number multiple times and each time has said they were from the vehicle processing center. I have made them repeat it every time. They ask about my make/model of car. I said ok. He asked do you know how many miles are on your vehicle and I said yes I know EXACTLY how many miles are on my vehicle, I'm not interested and to take me off their list.Then I went into my settings and blocked their phone number.

same BS as reported below. On the no call list but it doesn't matter to these jerks.

Same instance here. Called me but before she could spout anything off I hung up on her. They got a taste of their own meds!

They called me but when I called right back they're supposedly closed. This needs to be reported to BBB as well as news media as scammers

When they called my I decided to have to have some fun and pretended that I am interested, got escalated two managers up until they finally started asking for personal information and I told them I don't have this car anymore.

If you want to piss them off like they do when they call you, waist their time which for them is money, and at the end you are the one who is laughing on the phone.

This number has called my cell at least 20 times in the past two months.  Called back (from land line) with same message.  Concur this is unlikely to be a solid business.

I answered the call about a month ago and a lady with a heavy accent said her name is Maria Castellanos. Because she had a heavy accent and her last name is Castellanos I spoke to her in Spanish to help her out but she could not speak Spanish- she wasn't even able to pronounce my name correctly.  Then she hung up.  I had two missed calls from the same number today back to back and when I  called back it went straight to a voicemail telling me to call back between Monday and Friday 7AM to 4PM....it is now 1:00PM on a Wednesday. 832-562-4615 is a scamming number!!

I would call this number back and it always tells me the office is closed.. I get random calls from this number almost daily!! I'm glad I found this blog.. I'm blocking this immediately!!

interestingly, this post on Craigslist refers to the same number. seems sketchy. i answered once and they asked me about my car's warranty, which they knew the make and model of. i hung up saying i didn't have time. they still won't stop calling my number (despite that i don't answer and let it go to voicemail) so i blocked them on my iphone.

St far away from anyone calling you asking you to buy anything. I can't believe people still fall for this kind of crap with all we know about these types of scams. But I guess they wouldn't keep at it unless people keep falling for it.

I just got a call from this number, but the caller hung up.  I called it back immediately, hiding my number.  A recording came on stating that the office is closed.  No company name was provided.

Thanks for posting this, this number popped up on my phone today.  Saw this and immediately blocked the number.

They called me on 3/1/14 stating they were the Pontiac Warranty program. They then asked me to estimate my mileage which I did, i was immediately "transferred" me to a supervisor because my case was urgent. Keep in mind on only have 48K miles on my '09, so that seemed ridiculous to me.

They wanted to sell me an extended warranty and I cut him off and asked if they could just send me some information because they were calling me on my cell. He said sure and then confirmed my previous address (I don't even live in the state anymore) and I said "No that is incorrect" and *click* they hung up on me. Real fishy

received lots of calls from that number.   office is closed in the middle of the day.  this is exactly why i dont answer calls unless i know who is calling.   suck it

Same thing here.  Asking about mileage on a car.  I bet they have tried to call me a dozen times.  I called the number back but the message says the office is closed but it was during their business hours.  I am letting them have it next time they try.  What a bunch of bozos.

Called me the same day, could not understand her at all. She kept asking for the mileage on my car. When I demanded to talk to her supervisor she hung up.

Probably the usual "car warranty" scam, didn't get that far into the convo. Woman with a thick accent from the "vehicle processing department" (had to have her repeat it three times to understand); after being asked "Why are you calling me?" three or four times, she said she was not authorized to talk to anyone but "the person on the account or their spouse", I told her that no conversation was happening until the reason for calling was stated, and if they refused to state their intention, that I was going to assume they were a scam call and hang up. Lo and behold, two seconds later they hung up on me. Pretty sure you guys can just give this number a wide berth.
