They call really late that is annoying !!

Just another number that Cash Call uses.  They have about 20 of them all over the U.S.  Call day and night never leave a message.

Loan company.

Just so you know, Cash Call uses over 32 different numbers. You will just have to set your phone to reject with these numbers when you see them.

Its 3:30 and since 1pm they have called @1:15-1:47-2:30-3:09pm fixing to file a chapter maybe it is over with

This is CashCall, Inc.

CashCall, Inc has continued it's unlawful methods of collection.  The California Attorney Generals office pursued and obtained a Judgment against CashCall, Inc in the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles (Case # BC420115) in 2009.  Additionally, there is a current case in Northern California against CashCall, Inc for the same violations (Case #CV 08-3174 MEJ).  This has been certified as a Class Action Lawsuit against them.  The State of West Virginia won a $15 million dollar judgement against them for illegal collection practices.

I have been a victim of CashCall's continued practices and sent certified mail to them, thus my ability to prove their violations. Yet, they continue to violate the Judgment against them, showing blatant disregard for the Court and the Attorney Generals Office.  Further sanctions and/or action needs to be taken against them.  

I encourage EVERYONE who has similar problems with CashCall, Inc to file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office as well as the California Dept or Corporations.  Check back here periodically as I'm in the process of finding an attorney for action against them.

I believe there are a few Class Action Suits against them. I live in Colorado and I know there is a senator here that is trying to get loans from places like this banned from the state. They've already changed the Pay Day advance laws here in an attempt to stop this type of legal extortion. Call you local Attorney General's office and ask if there is legislation pending against these people.

These people are relentless. They use all kinds of different numbers.
They are from all over the country.
They call every hour on the hour from 8am-10pm Mon-Sun.

I get new ones everyday. When they realize noone is going to answer the phone the change their
number and location.
They are a payday loan company that is really "Western Sky" They are owned by the indian reservations.
They are exempt from complaints as they are considered non profit. Which is BS because they charge 300% interest on their loans.
How is that non-profit or legal.
I am going  to find a way to sue them for harrassment.

There should be a way to get a class action suit against these people.

Another telephone number from Cash Call. They call at least 10 different times per day from different telephone numbers. They are a nuisance!

Not a legitimate debt collector.  I've never even had a loan with them and from what I gather they are an extortion ring trying to prey on people getting them to send them money they don't actually owe.  File a report with the FBI.  Do not give them ANY information.

they call constantly eventhough I told them yesterdy that I am sending a payment after I get off of work today.They keep calling me while I am at work.They are very annoying and disgusting. A bunch of different numbers every time.Next call my answer will not be to nice at all.
