This women, Olivia Lawrence calls with this ridiculous lie about fraud committed on a state agency!!! Then, when I question her what fraud has been committed she threatens to send authorities and hangs up! Then she won't answer her phone any more! This women is some sort of bill collector!!!

That was Olivia Lawrence*, not Warren.  She wanted me to answer a few questions, and since I hesitated, she said "are you refusing to comply?"  Tried intimidation to get info.

I also got a call from Olivia Warren this morning from 843-608-3079' ostensibly from Arbitrations Enforcement Office (number shows from Charleston, SC).  Woman said I was under investigation for fraud.  Tried to sound as if from a legal agency .... And was gruff and intimidating.  We have never been involved in anything fraudulent, and have no unpaid debt that's past due.  If u call back the number, it has a voice recording confirming name and "business". From what I read, this sounds like a scam.  I did not share any personal info.

I just got a call from this number in reference to fraud. No detailed information was given except I would be located and processed for fraud. I've had scammers call with this same m.o. All I know is legally this can't be done without receiving something from your state such as a subpoena. I traced this call back to South Carolina

My friend just mentioned that same person to me like 15 mins ago and i called the company for my friend because if its one thing i know its scammers.  Even if this so-called Arbitration Enforcement Office is legit the tactics they use to collect debt is definately unlawful.

Olivia Lawerence is from the Arbitration Enforcement Office. She works for Attorneys trying to collect a debt. She will tell you that you are wanted for Fraud.
