Definitely the same as I thought...that's why we are reverse caller id ing them.  If it wasn't a scam they would say who they are abd who they are looking for.  

We have received multiple calls from them about important legal documents that they need to deliver - if we would like to resolve out of court please call. I had a feeling it was some type of scam. Thanks for posting!

These guys are a scam! They have been calling me for years from numerous numbers! (713) 904-3458, (919) 229-4802, (302) 861-5032 and now (844) 244-3815 is the latest. Whatever you do, do not provide them even your phone number or any information. It is a complete scam and the only way to stop them is to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and your State's Attorney General Office. Make sure and keep your case number so you can call back with additional details such as additional numbers and messages they leave. It will continue unless we can get enough people to report them.

I got a call about the same thing I am going to turn them over to my attorney and see what they say I'm going to assume this is. Scam they are not suppose to say this is going to go to court I will go a head and speak with my attorney and see what they say I have not yet seen anything in the mail about this. No letters from them I will not purse anything further. And one else who gets a call from this company I suggest to do the same. Scam artist need to be put into jail for the crap they pull.

Received a call from this number stating they wanted me to call because they have legal docs for me to sign and didn't want this to go to court. Scammer's I'm sure. Called and they answered " Hello, can I help you." Did not identify as who or what they are. Hung up.
